I started it Dec 1, 3X per week (10mg split). Took it continuously until Jan 19 when I had a reconstruction surgery from my previous cancer surgery. Was off it for 2 weeks then. Started back up and ended up in the hospital on 3/3 with cellulitis in my surgery site, so off it about a week. Started back up and have been taking it ever since.

I probably sound like an unhealthy person, but I am the healthiest "sick" person around, lol I had cancer 10 years ago, no evidence of disease after 1.5 years of treatment. Now, I am dealing with the problems caused by chemo, the gift that keeps on giving. I take GHK-cu to improve my skin that took a beating from it, TA-1 to support my immune system and MOTS-c to support my mitochondria. I feel great, I'm lean with low body fat and I am a personal trainer/fitness instructor.

I am planning on cycling off in 3 weeks when I finish this vial. Not sure how long I should stay off.

@jackie You will find a lot of different info on cycling MOTs-C. Along with many different dosing protocols. I ran a cycle of 8 weeks in my test subject and then washed out for 8 weeks. He has a history of cancer and surgeries and has been continually getting gifts from radiation and chemo as well. I think the first 8-week cycle was a bit long, as the effects of the MOTs-C started to wane, but I also think the 8-week washout was a bit long, as the energy was severely lagging by week 6. So I've moved to a 4/4 cycle as the next step. With this latest cycle, the increase in energy and focus during workouts is incredible. Dosing is 5mg 2x/wk fasted in the AM. I found a lot of washout info, but it seemed that much of what I read was equal on/off for the cycle. Good Luck

Anyone purchased NAD+ from Nexaph? Waiting on Mots-c to arrive. Never used the company, a little nervous, because in the samples of the NAD+, the 3rd sample was quite a bit less than the other 2 vials. (Although all were overfills)

I have and I love it. The latest batch, which i have, tested ~520, 523, 503, which isn’t much given the fill level and typical dosing. If you recon to the average and are researching 50 or 100mg, you’re within ~1mg either way.

FWIW, their MOTS-C is also great. you’ll be very pleased with the results your rat gets with these.

100% Natty. You know, aside from the Klow, Tesa, Tirz, CJC/Ipa, SS-31, Semax, Dihexa, Epitalon, MOTS-C, creatine, Cheetos, protein shakes, and a holocaust of chicken thighs.

Thank you! I will probably stay off it for a month and then go back on it.

@ResearchCat Good to know! Yea, researching in the 50-100mg range, so that makes me feel better. Didn't see the purity level though. Would be my only other concern. Does this company typically provide products with good purity?

Yes, they usually publish purity and 99%+ is typical.

@angelajones They state 99% purity or money back guarantee. I’ve ordered 2x and expecting 3rd order to arrive today. You will need a label maker but the box comes with the QR code of the COA

So here is how I did it with the Nimbot. I couldn’t design the labels on my phone or tablet (I am a techno peasant 🤣)so I downloaded the Nimbot program onto my computer. Nimbot makes you create an account.
After all the labels were designed on my computer, then I signed into the Nimbot program on my iPad. I hooked the Nimbot M2 up to my iPad via bluetooth. Then I was able to print the labels with easy. I am sure the tech savvy people can do it all from their phone or iPad, I do not have that kind of skill.
As Randy pointed out, if you print 2 colors with the M2, you will only be able to use half the roll of labels because it counts them. So when you print 2 colors it thinks you are printing on twice the amount of labels.
So I wouldn’t recommend printing 2 colors unless you don’t care about loosing half the roll. I like the look of 2 colors labels, so I don’t mind it..

@Commander This is great advice and much appreciated. I downloaded the app to my phone in preparation of getting the printer, hoping it would be intuitive and I could hit the ground running, but no luck. I am a techno peasant as well. I’ll try it from my computer now. I think the 2 color label looks great!

Go to this post. It explains how to do the 2 colors labels on the M2. And a few posts up from mine post, Randy also explains how to do it..
