Eloralintide

@Randy Have you ran Cagri already? Iβd be interested to see how they compare, especially with all the talk about the secondary structure of this peptide being important for function. Printing a preptide is one thing, but I donβt know what goes into determination of the secondary structure. Seems like big pharma wants to throw a monkey wrench into peptide manufacturing. Heh
@jennn Yeah. It's good. But it could always be better. Anything over 1.5mg and i start to feel meh for a day or two after dosing.
As far as the secondary structure this is the test you speak of https://verify.janoshik.com/tests/235512-Eloralintide_10mg_Transparent_Purple_Silver_K5Z37119GH7P
Unless they run this test ill just assume they threw cagri and tirz in a bottle...or selank like ERP did with their Elora.

No wonder the filters arenβt up in the store!

@Randy omg I had no idea they could test for that! Thatβs awesome! I shoulda known youβd have planned for that. You donβt half ass this stuff.

-
I guess i start tomorrow

@wisgal64 did you flush out cag first?
Ohhh yeah, I didn't last a month on it. It's been 2 months since.
I did start back on Tirz last week, but decided I'll drop it going forward for the time being so I can give the Elo time to do it's thing. The ENLIGHTENβ4 clinical trial includes targeting OA so this one is right up my alley
Keeping fingers crossed for good results

Ive been looking into this, and it may be the perfect pairing to reta for me to help bring down the RHR issue I have with reta. I am finding claims that the amylin agonists lower heart rate.
Edit: I found some data, if its true.
Heart Rate Reductions by DoseAccording to findings published from its early clinical evaluation, the mean changes in pulse rate from baseline after 12 weeks of treatment are:
3 mg dose: Decreased by 7.1 bpm
6 mg dose: Decreased by 8.3 bpm
12 mg dose: Decreased by 14.4 bpm
Placebo group: Decreased by 3.4 bpmThese reductions are sustained, begin as early as the first week of treatment, and have not been associated with symptomatic bradycardia (abnormally or dangerously slow heart rate) in trials.
