Interesting, I have not heard of Survodutide or Mazdutide before. I have seen on some peptide vendor sites blends of Tirzepatide and Retatrutide, seemingly labeled as GPL1-2.5. This seems to be similar idea, to include glucagon at a lower overall percentage than straight Retatrutide. I will keen to see the research numbers on this in the future.

@Templeton Yeah the reta mix with tirz was actually a mistake in mfg that happened from a factory....and they just ran with it.

Im on survo and tirz. 12mg/1mg. Broke a stall.

Was on a stall the last 2 months on 15 mg Tirz. Looking to break it with 1 mg Reta. And down to 7.5 Tirz. Am I starting too strong?

Thats a massive drop on the tirz. Reta is either tolerated or you feel like you were sunburned in every spot on your body and itch like a maniac. People opt for survo or maz for the ghetto stack because it has no GIP and lower GLP.

@Randy How do you like this (Tirz/Survo) compared to (Tirz/Cagri)? Anything I should be aware of that you figured out yourself other than what's in the available literature. I'm still titrating up on the Cagri but not sure if the lump in my gut is for me or not. I like a strong food noise suppression but not so much a "I'm stuffed beyond belief" feeling which Cagri seems to be giving me...I don't have much if any side effects from the Tirz or the Cagri and feel like I'm tolerating it relatively well compared to others reports on side effects.
            Thanks man.

Cagri made it impossible to hit protien goals. I have a few kits on hand...like if i need to cut 10 lb in 3 weeks its there.

Survo/tirz feels more like im taking reta (which i did for a while) without the death itch.

If that research combo is working for you keep running it.

Slightly off topic but I only got up to 7.5mg on Tirz before dropping back to 5mg because I just couldnโ€™t eat enough. I eat better since adding CJC/Ipa and have an appetite again, but I feel like I am eating way more than I actually am. I am drinking at least 2-3 protein shakes a day to hit my protein numbers and working to find balance. I canโ€™t imagine what would happen if i went all the way up to 15mg. Iโ€™d probably have full-blown gastroparesis.

At some point I will probably drop to 2.5 mg or go every other week, as long as i maintain my weight/glide path.

Yeah, well, Iโ€™m just here for the research, man. - The Dude

If I havenโ€™t liked your post, no offense. I have exceeded my daily allowance.

Yeah, I'm gonna keep up the the Tirz/Cagri stack. I think that keeping the Cagri at a reasonably small dose has kept me on track. I'll be doubling up to a standard starting dose this week, so, we'll see how it hits.

Iโ€™ve been on Tirz and testosterone for 4 weeks with a clinic. I lost 8 lbs and feel great with energy. I have been researching Epitalon and now just started the KLOW stack for healing an injury and recovery from my hard physical labor work.
I do have moments of feeling hungry 3 or4 days after my tirz shot. I just got bloodwork done and after I get the results, I will start a little servo after I stop Epitalon cycle next week. The KPV is so good with my achy muscles and I have a lot of copper reconstituted so I will keep that cycle going until it is gone. I appreciate the dosing information here and will update my results later. I learned of Servo from Jeff and so grateful for all you are doing for the community.

Hey Randy, did you go straight to Survo from Cagri or did you wash out the Cagri for a period of time. I've got this kit of Survo and am itching to use it...lol. Also, I'm at 7.5 Tirz and .375 Cagri, would you start the Survo at .3mg or .6mg? I'm asking what you would do or did, not what i should do. ๐Ÿ˜‰

                        I might be on all 3 ๐Ÿ™‚

                        15 tirz, 3.5 survo and .5 cagri.

I started at .3 according to my logs and held that for two weeks. then .6/1/1.5/2 etc until i felt something. I am probably pulling these back as the ipamorelin was really making me hungry. That was my issue. Now im lucky to hit my protein goals.

You are better off increasing tirz in your rat than adding survo IMO. I didnt really get the desired result until 12.5

@Randy Are you taking them all on same day or dosing each separately throughout the week? I just hit my three month mark today with compounded Tirzepatide and thinking about adding in some Survodutide to the mix. Iโ€™ve been extremely responsive to the Tirz and have gone from 332 lbs to 291 lbs. Also just recently increased my dose to 4.25mg of Tirz.

separately throughout the week. I wasnt considering adding anything until i reached 10mg of tirz.

Thats an amazing result. Id take a look at the tirz titration schedule and follow that instead of adding something new to the research stockpile.

@mrjoshua44 Im on week 10 of Tirzepatide at 5mg and week 3 of Servo .7mg after 3 days. I was stalled a bit and added 5 amino 1mq for about 2 weeks. I finished that vial and kind of miss that bump of energy in the am.

@mrjoshua44 Im on my 2nd vial of doing 5mg everyday. I am conservative in this research but feel good after the sub q usually in my glutes while waiting for my coffee. It is not an all day boost but my weight is going down while muscle mass is going up according to my In body scan.
I recently just added the cjc/ipa at night for more muscle and sleep is very deep, just doing it 3 hours after eating.

I'm on 4mg tirz and started 600mcg survo 6 days ago. I'm having a hard time eating. I eat a couple spoons of Greek yogurt and I feel like I'm getting my money's worth at a buffet. I was hoping to speed up my losing, but I'm not eating enough calories to get out of starvation mode. You aren't kidding "survo hits hard".
