Cagri made it impossible to hit protien goals. I have a few kits on hand...like if i need to cut 10 lb in 3 weeks its there.

Survo/tirz feels more like im taking reta (which i did for a while) without the death itch.

If that research combo is working for you keep running it.

Hey Randy, did you go straight to Survo from Cagri or did you wash out the Cagri for a period of time. I've got this kit of Survo and am itching to use it...lol. Also, I'm at 7.5 Tirz and .375 Cagri, would you start the Survo at .3mg or .6mg? I'm asking what you would do or did, not what i should do. πŸ˜‰

      I might be on all 3 πŸ™‚

      15 tirz, 3.5 survo and .5 cagri.

I started at .3 according to my logs and held that for two weeks. then .6/1/1.5/2 etc until i felt something. I am probably pulling these back as the ipamorelin was really making me hungry. That was my issue. Now im lucky to hit my protein goals.

You are better off increasing tirz in your rat than adding survo IMO. I didnt really get the desired result until 12.5

@Randy Are you taking them all on same day or dosing each separately throughout the week? I just hit my three month mark today with compounded Tirzepatide and thinking about adding in some Survodutide to the mix. I’ve been extremely responsive to the Tirz and have gone from 332 lbs to 291 lbs. Also just recently increased my dose to 4.25mg of Tirz.

separately throughout the week. I wasnt considering adding anything until i reached 10mg of tirz.

Thats an amazing result. Id take a look at the tirz titration schedule and follow that instead of adding something new to the research stockpile.

@mrjoshua44 Im on week 10 of Tirzepatide at 5mg and week 3 of Servo .7mg after 3 days. I was stalled a bit and added 5 amino 1mq for about 2 weeks. I finished that vial and kind of miss that bump of energy in the am.

@mrjoshua44 Im on my 2nd vial of doing 5mg everyday. I am conservative in this research but feel good after the sub q usually in my glutes while waiting for my coffee. It is not an all day boost but my weight is going down while muscle mass is going up according to my In body scan.
I recently just added the cjc/ipa at night for more muscle and sleep is very deep, just doing it 3 hours after eating.

Any good reports for Tirz/Maz results? I don't see a lot out there as far as research results for Maz, unless I haven't looked in the right places which is a good possibility πŸ™‚

@WisGal64 Im still on my 1st vial of Survo and have had no side effects except reaching my weight loss goal while musle mass gains. Ive added CJC/ IPA blend at night to fine tune the visceral fat and deep sleep is amazing

I'm on 4mg tirz and started 600mcg survo 6 days ago. I'm having a hard time eating. I eat a couple spoons of Greek yogurt and I feel like I'm getting my money's worth at a buffet. I was hoping to speed up my losing, but I'm not eating enough calories to get out of starvation mode. You aren't kidding "survo hits hard".

i was on the 7.5 mounjaro and did an experiment with the Reta , it was a learning experience and prolly will do it again but now insted of adding the Reta i am experimenting with the Cagri , I (oops i mean Clouse the Lab Mouse) likes it as well

Thats a massive drop on the tirz. Reta is either tolerated or you feel like you were sunburned in every spot on your body and itch like a maniac. People opt for survo or maz for the ghetto stack because it has no GIP and lower GLP.

Happy Friday. Randy research rat, your content is always appreciated so thank you!
My research specimen is currently on 7mg Tirz, and still seeing progressive results- 235lbs to 198lbs in 3 months. Also taking tesamorelin and glow stack.

Few questions: 1. Of these two, which one might be better considering the other peptides, (leaning towards survo) 2. Any RUO companies here that you may recommend 3. What might be good testing for survo maz to ensure healthy baseline monitoring? Assuming same as other GLP GIP Glucagon agonists?
                            Thanks! πŸ™

@jborja I got my Survo from EZ peptides and like they have the QR code of the COA right on the label. My 1 10 mg vial has lasted over 2 months. I really noticed the effects when I reached the 1mg. I stayed at 5mg of Tirz and see no reason to tirade up. I will probably stop both after this week as Ive met my weight loss goals. I just want to cut that visceral fat to tone up my abs.
My plan now is to try some Reta maybe 5mg weekly with my cjc/ipa .3mg nightly 5 times a week and some MotsC 5mg 3x a week. Not sure about stacking some Tesamoreline with the nightly shot. Anybody want to share thoughts?

@Randy Well I lost 22lbs and gained 7lbs muscle mass. Im now at 192lbs. It gets windy here in Nevada so I don’t want to lose too much weight. I just reconstituted some tesamoreline to try a stack with my cjc/ipa to hit that little chunk of love handles.
I want to try some reta too that Ive heard so much about.

For research use only. Not medical advice.

                                    The goal:

                                    Tirzepatide = GLP-1 + GIP
                                    Survodutide or Mazdutide = GLP-1 + Glucagon
                                    β†’ Combined effect = GLP-1 + GIP + Glucagon, i.e., a retatrutide-like profile.

Because both second agents have a glucagon hit, titration must be slower than usual to avoid nausea, low appetite floor, or excessive gastric slowing.

                                    Why do this?

                                    1. You stockpiled too much tirz.
                                    2. Break a stall.
                                    3. Reta itch/allodynia or other intolerable side effects when researching reta.

                                    1. Tirzepatide + Survodutide

Survodutide has a stronger glucagon hit than mazdutide. This is the more potent combination.

                                    Weekly Titration Schedule

                                    Weeks 1–4

                                    Tirzepatide: 2.5 mg weekly

                                    Survodutide: 0.3 mg weekly
Purpose: Establish baseline tolerability. Survo kicks hard early.

                                    Weeks 5–8

                                    Tirzepatide: 5 mg weekly

                                    Survodutide: 0.6 mg weekly
Notes: Appetite suppression becomes extremely strong for many subjects here.

                                    Weeks 9–12

                                    Tirzepatide: 7.5 mg weekly

                                    Survodutide: 1.0 mg weekly

This is the sweet spot for most research models. Strong β€œreta-like” effect emerges.

                                    Week 13+ Maintenance

                                    Two viable approaches:

                                    Standard Maintenance

                                    Tirzepatide: 7.5–10 mg

                                    Survodutide: 1.0–1.5 mg

                                    High-End (Aggressive) Maintenance

                                    Tirzepatide: 10–12.5 mg

                                    Survodutide: 1.5–2.0 mg

Only for researchers replicating the high-end metabolic punch of retatrutide.

                                    Notes

Survodutide plus tirz amplifies appetite suppression so hard that most people do not need high tirz dosing.

Escalate slowly β€” both compounds slow gastric emptying.

This combo is more GC-heavy than mazdutide, so itch issues are less common compared to retatrutide, but GI load is higher.

                                    1. Tirzepatide + Mazdutide (Ghetto Reta v2 β€” Milder, Cleaner)

Mazdutide has a slightly softer glucagon hit and a less aggressive appetite cliff.
This stack is smoother and usually more tolerable.

                                    Tirzepatide + Mazdutide

                                    Weeks 1–4

                                    Tirzepatide: 2.5 mg weekly

                                    Mazdutide: 2 mg weekly

                                    Weeks 5–8

                                    Tirzepatide: 5 mg weekly

                                    Mazdutide: 4 mg weekly

                                    Weeks 9–12

                                    Tirzepatide: 7.5 mg weekly

                                    Mazdutide: 6 mg weekly

This combo mimics a β€œmid-dose retatrutide” effect without the itch or violent GI spike.

                                    Week 13+ Maintenance

                                    Tirzepatide: 7.5–10 mg

                                    Mazdutide: 6–8 mg

                                    High-End (Not common)

                                    Tirzepatide: 10–12.5 mg

                                    Mazdutide: 8–10 mg

                                    Notes

Mazdutide is smoother but still synergistic with tirz.

Appetite suppression is strong but less harsh than survo stacks.

GI load increases if escalated too fast β€” keep 4-week steps.

For research use only. Not medical advice.

                                      The goal:

                                      Tirzepatide = GLP-1 + GIP
                                      Survodutide or Mazdutide = GLP-1 + Glucagon
                                      β†’ Combined effect = GLP-1 + GIP + Glucagon, i.e., a retatrutide-like profile.

Because both second agents have a glucagon hit, titration must be slower than usual to avoid nausea, low appetite floor, or excessive gastric slowing.

                                      Why do this?

                                      1. You stockpiled too much tirz.
                                      2. Break a stall.
                                      3. Reta itch/allodynia or other intolerable side effects when researching reta.

                                      1. Tirzepatide + Survodutide

Survodutide has a stronger glucagon hit than mazdutide. This is the more potent combination.

                                      Weekly Titration Schedule

                                      Weeks 1–4

                                      Tirzepatide: 2.5 mg weekly

                                      Survodutide: 0.3 mg weekly
Purpose: Establish baseline tolerability. Survo kicks hard early.

                                      Weeks 5–8

                                      Tirzepatide: 5 mg weekly

                                      Survodutide: 0.6 mg weekly
Notes: Appetite suppression becomes extremely strong for many subjects here.

                                      Weeks 9–12

                                      Tirzepatide: 7.5 mg weekly

                                      Survodutide: 1.0 mg weekly

This is the sweet spot for most research models. Strong β€œreta-like” effect emerges.

                                      Week 13+ Maintenance

                                      Two viable approaches:

                                      Standard Maintenance

                                      Tirzepatide: 7.5–10 mg

                                      Survodutide: 1.0–1.5 mg

                                      High-End (Aggressive) Maintenance

                                      Tirzepatide: 10–12.5 mg

                                      Survodutide: 1.5–2.0 mg

Only for researchers replicating the high-end metabolic punch of retatrutide.

                                      Notes

Survodutide plus tirz amplifies appetite suppression so hard that most people do not need high tirz dosing.

Escalate slowly β€” both compounds slow gastric emptying.

This combo is more GC-heavy than mazdutide, so itch issues are less common compared to retatrutide, but GI load is higher.

                                      1. Tirzepatide + Mazdutide (Ghetto Reta v2 β€” Milder, Cleaner)

Mazdutide has a slightly softer glucagon hit and a less aggressive appetite cliff.
This stack is smoother and usually more tolerable.

                                      Tirzepatide + Mazdutide

                                      Weeks 1–4

                                      Tirzepatide: 2.5 mg weekly

                                      Mazdutide: 2 mg weekly

                                      Weeks 5–8

                                      Tirzepatide: 5 mg weekly

                                      Mazdutide: 4 mg weekly

                                      Weeks 9–12

                                      Tirzepatide: 7.5 mg weekly

                                      Mazdutide: 6 mg weekly

This combo mimics a β€œmid-dose retatrutide” effect without the itch or violent GI spike.

                                      High-End (Not common)

                                      Tirzepatide: 10–12.5 mg

                                      Mazdutide: 8–10 mg

@Randy Is Reta itch issue due to GIP or combination or all three RAs?

I'm stocked up like crazy on Reta and now wondering if that was the right decision. I came across Survo later when I fell in the peptide rabbit hole deep.

Dropped Tirz from 10mg to 5mg due to horrible fatigue and inability to lift prior weights on 10mg.
