    NAD+ buf daily

My 2c - the research literature shows that NAD+ precursors like NMN and NR in oral supplement forms are far more efficient in making NAD+ in the body. Subq research with direct NAD+ doesn't do the same thing.

@pep_researcher in my testing, simple oral nicotinic acid 500mg leaves behind both NMN and NR.

Does anyone know when the sugar cravings go away with survo? Very hard to deal with since sweets have always been my weakness. I am 7 weeks in and on 1.8 mg and tirz 7.5 mg.

I started Survo 3 weeks ago and cravings for sugar just starting to subside. Might want to consider backing down the dose a bit. While there is a protocol that you're in line with, if sugar is a big thing for you (and is for me too), you're getting a heafy glucose release from the liver that can be very obnoxious. It could be weeks or even months before it stops. Depends on the glucagon hit. I backed down to 1 or 1.25 and it helped quite a bit. (I love dark chocolate, lemon, maple, coconut... pretty much ALL of it!) Don't be in a hurry with the Survo.

@americanchild Forgot to ask you if you're taking Suvo and Tirz at same time? Not a good idea.

Meaning you should take them 3 days apart right? Not at the same time/day?

@Nuncles I take my Survo 1st and 24 to 36 hrs. later I take the Tirz. Learned this the hard way. When Survo peaks, it has the Tirz rising to peak to cover some of those cravings. This way, you might only have to endure cravings a short amount of time, 12 to 18 hrs. Don't do Tirz first.

@Eleanor When did you start experiencing the sugar cravings with Survo? Luckily I haven’t experienced that yet, but I’m still on a pretty low dose of Survo at the moment. Was at 500mcg, but I just bumped it up to 750mcg after 4 weeks. I’ve never been that much of a sweets person so I’m just curious if those cravings come at a higher dose. But so far, I’m really loving the Survo with my Tirz. I just titrated up to 3mg of Tirz every six days then I take the Survo three days after my Tirz with no issues.

@mrjoshua44 Nope, low dose and cravings fairly immediate. Never higher than 1.5mg. If you don't have a sugar cravings problem then I'm really happy for you bc they can be vicious!

I posted on a discord server that my food nose was back since I started survo. Tirz had me completely dead to appetite. Some "expert" jumped on and explained the mechanisms of why survo would not cause hunger/food noise. Well, I know what I have experienced. But luckily it has died down and only lasts the day I take the survo. But I've been eating keto/carnivore ish most of the time so sugar cravings aren't a thing for me. I'd rather have a large pepperoni pizza. I am now down 78 pounds since January so I'm sticking with this combo.
