@hunt_ak I think this is similar to Hospira Bariostatic Sodium Chloride and its far cheaper on peptide test. I was wondering if it could be used with GHK-CU. They are saying it can. Can someone with knowledge chime in

To avoid the KLOW or GLOW "burn" from the GHK-CU, I reconstitute with 6ml bac water rather than 3ml. Never had a single stinging or burning reaction on any research subject.

For me, dilution has not helped. What has helped:

• Injecting very slowly
• letting the peptide come to room temp

But does not eliminate the sting.

@glpbacon are you experiencing long-term burning/dull ache and/or redness/swelling at the injection site lasting many hours or days?

@Stevepep I haven’t personally tried it, but I read, after some posted pictures of a recon with saline, when the copper actually precipitated and you could see copper flakes in the vial. I found this, after looking into it.

@hunt_ak the burning / dull ache lasts hours. Before I started injecting slowly, I had a couple of days-long reactions.

The sting isn’t intolerable.

@glpbacon Good to know. You all but remedied it by injecting room-temp and very slowly? How slowly? A minute to push the plunger down?

15-20 seconds works for me. You just have to figure out what works. I can confirm that if you are getting burn from GHK, injecting slow does help.

@hunt_ak good questions! I use a pen, and I inject 2 units at a time, and wait about 5-10 seconds, and then do the next amount.

Total volume: 15 units, so it takes about 60-90 seconds to fully inject. I'm injecting into belly fat. I found that upper glutes are just as sensitive.

15 units == 4 mgs KLOW, so 2.5 mg of GHK-cu per injection, 500 mcg of the others.

Because I'm using a pen, I don't wait for room temp, I do it cold since I don't want the entire vial coming up to room temp.

Pre-pen / insulin needle, I would draw the amount and let that come up to room temp, which helped.

I'm going to use an insulin needle tonight to draw out my dose from the cart, and I'll try both room temp AND slow injection and report back.
