@diegoc well, I didn't know what kind of a curve of the degradation it was, then I researched and it looked at least not worse than the original protocol. I thought the levels stay higher and sharply drop at the end of the period of 19-21 days, in which case the more often dose would lead to an overdose.

At the same time Jay says "the human body only makes about 4mcg of Klotho daily" and "This dose allows you to optimize Klotho levels in a range that keeps it within the parameters of good health (the range of 2.5-15 mcg)". But in my calculation the levels are settled above 22 mcg (not even counting 4 mcg endogenous klotho). So I hope their advice is based on their deep knowledge and experience, and they know what they are talking about. Possibly they take into account that it is not a full-length klotho but a short fragment and its effect is milder.

13 or 14 days period doesn't make a big difference in levels, only the inconvenience of application. 14 days cycle will stabilize at 26 mcg level while 13 days cycle at 27.5 mcg level.

@vpeptides i understand but they asked a question and you made a statement , i guess without doing the research.

Only when i told you, you changed to that it was more stable.

@diegoc yes. But it is safe to suggest to stay within guidelines, even without a research. It's a proper advice, especially when this particular product has a big letter warning "Do not overdose". Also, maybe those seesaw levels of 14-days cycles are useful too. Some treatments benefit from levels going up and down, and they will be smoothed out with 7-day cycle. I simply don't know, do you?

      attentiion is all you need

@vpeptides i usually dont like to suggest if im not doing it myself or have the research.

Ive done Klotho for 5months and i have always dosed it weekly as for the research done by inner circle members inside Jays group.

And also im in the belief which i have been doing Testosterone over 15-20 years.

Everything in low dose with more frequency gives more stable BW. So i do daily test shots, when i did Reta i did EOD and mostly all the peptides i have taken or take are done daily, in there own pens or syringes.

Thats why FLGR has a long binding and they see better results with more frequency dosing.

Thats why i keep on telling you i give information and what I personally do or have tested, not second hand info or research

@diegoc now, that's a valuable information, thank you for sharing. Do you use a half of a vial and leave another half for a week? I recall you do some blood tests, how were your kidneys the last 5 months, like creatinine, egfr, cystatine-c? How was the potassium? Any positive changes you noticed?

I have tested mostly every Peptide or compound but i have not done FLGR, and plan to in January.

So you will not see give my opinion on a peptide i have not tested myself

@vpeptides One of the biggest challenges in this space is that there is a lot of echo chamber info, where people from influencers and ‘experts’ to slobs on forums just regurgitate what they read somewhere, and a lot of times they might sound like they know what they’re talking about.

Part of what I love about this place is that there isn’t a lot of that nonsense.

Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

@WowwyZowwy I didnt know the mechanism like Holyfield does, but it makes sense. Especially when he said the FDA approved version because that verifies what I read on the egrifta website. I dont think Josh holyfield is a clown. Sounds like he has a much deeper answer than any AI large language model has ever given me when I asked about the cold gelling. If someone has an AI account that gives you answers like Holyfield just explained then please send me a link to join in. The dumbass AI that whoop has just told me this morning that my labs are out of date from September 2025 because it thinks this is 2024 still. Thats closer to the experience I have had with AI. I have never gotten an answer like Josh Holyfield just gave an answer about tesamorelin. Maybe AI knows how stupid I am so it dumb down the answers it gives me. Even though im a nobody let me just say im not calling any large language model stupid or smart or useful or not useful at all. Im just relaying my experience with them. The 3 I use are chatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. AI isnt smart. It has a good memory and it has exceptional processing speed. That might come in handy for a game show or some shit, but dont do much on helping with medical issues. Its only as smart as what some idiot posted online. The 1 constant with AI is mathematics and thats because in math there are rules. Rules that cant be circumvented. You have to follow the rules or it dont work. AI is perfect for that. The whoop AI thing pissed me off so bad im dropping the service and switching to the garmin wearable they came out with. Basically the same thing but I trust Garmin AI much more than what I have gotten from whoop. Very disappointed in that.

Damn I can get sidetracked easily. @wowwyzowwy thanks for the holyfield video, ill have to go check out his skool community. He already sounds like he has Jay Campbell beat by a large margin. Jay Campbell is just puppet. Whoever he works with is probably very intelligent amd he might be as well, but he isnt digging up these explanations behind albumin protein binding and all that. I promise his partner is.

For those who dont have a gelling problem with tesamorelin then I say badass. I sincerely want everyone to get the results they desire from their peptide journey. If the way you prepare your peptides is working good for you then I say why fix something that isnt broken. I was merely throwing something out there I thought was interesting and I have personally experienced. The last time I used tesamorin a bought a 10 pack. I purposely mixed it with BAC water and put it in the fridge. Came back the next morning and it looked like a thick uncooked egg white balled up into a loose oval shape. Made me happy because I knew I got real tesamorelin. Used it as a test. You gotta find the positive in life or you are subjected to the other side. Think for yourself!!!! Please stay open minded and think for yourself, do whats best for you, this is all anecdotal when its done smoking amd we all know everyone is different. Especially metabolically. Think for yourself!!!!! Later

@Stones67 Albumin breakdown in the body follows a first-order exponential decay, which can be described with formula {initial amount} * (0.5)^({day} / 20)
Assuming all klotho binds to albumin, it will degrade as fast as albumin does. We can easily create a table for both schedules.
It looks like you'll be fine either way, weekly is smoother.

Jeez. I go mow the lawn and run a few errands and another chapter (with pictures!) in this novel has been written. I'm not simple minded but I do love an easy to understand graph. Thank you sir. Now if I was gonna go into orbit, on one of Elon's rockets, I think I'd pick the orange trajectory. Thus me and my bride of 26yrs are gonna go for the 5mcg weekly. Plus Diego knows his shit and has many months under his belt. This thread rules.

@vpeptides I understand but i dont like to speculate and this is not really a entertainment thread when it comes to peptides.

I really like the test it method to see real facts and that helps ppl when you can give them real data.

I like that your active, learning and helping ppl here, i just have a different style which you might think im just picking on you, but im not, i just want to make sure your giving information that is to the best of your knowledge because ppl actually take lots of guidance in these communities

Im probably going to do 3 months of FLGR in January at 10mg per week for my first cycle.

Then take a break and assess…

Multi-vial care package delivered today from BioLongevity, pinned both with 30 minutes between each. No site reactions, feel fine, great actually.

Super intrigued by both, I've done my homework. 60's male in great health, 2.5 year carnivore, focused on maximizing healthspan. Anyone else throwing caution to the wind and researching these two?

@PeptidePete I'm a 5'4" 55 yr old female .. been lifting and active since teenage years , in fact I competed in body building in my early 20's..saying that to establish that I have always been body aware and cared about my health ( never endulged in ultraporcessed food , seed oils, fast food etc ) . I started FLGR micro in May this year and I am absolutely amazed.... my muscle memory came back ( had a lifting break of about 5 years during the covid era ) ... I have got back to my ideal weight 125 with solid muscle gains and energy , also on 1 mg of Reta per wk. and other peppy's for general mitochondrial health. I will take this compound forever 😉 HIGHLY recommend it. Biolongevity has fantastic quality... Jay is a character as we all know ..so much to learn from his wisdom.

Guys, how to you recon Klotho and FLGR, do you use 1 or 2 mg and BAC water or just sterile water? I wonder if using the whole vial, 2 mg may be not needed, also is BAC water not harmful for those molecules? I can't find the details anywhere. Also, I usually filter reconned peptides but this one is large (Klotho), over 1000 amino acids, and I am not sure passing it through a filter is a good idea.

                                          attentiion is all you need
