I used one of their products, Tesamorelin, and it was good, a lot better than one from Peptide Crafters. I had this company in the "nice" list. But if they lightheartedly stick wrong labels to vials, it sounds dangerous. This time it is a wrong batch, next time it is a wrong product.

I started using TMG 3g and my homocysteine went down from 11 to 7 roughly at the same time. Coincidence? Maybe, or maybe not.

AI suggests that the small 2% peak appearing slightly earlier than the main peak is most likely an oxidized variant of the peptide (specifically at the Met27 position), or less commonly, a synthesis deletion sequence that left the chain slightly more polar. Neither of these indicates external contaminants; they are simply minor structural variations of the Tesamorelin molecule itself.

All the pictures I found of slu-pp-915 being sold showed white powder. Searching for the description I found it should be white and it can't be orange or red. This color is a good match for 5-amino-1mq though.

It's that small peak that's a little off. 3.704 vs. 3.763 minutes, that makes those 2%. I wonder what is it?

Vanguard only publishes those COAs that are agreed with the customers to publish, otherwise they are hidden. They have to place them manually to that database. You can write to [email protected] and make a request.

I wouldn't sweat over 97% knowing it is nothing else but an oxidized or a broken molecule of the same, not any contaminant. The more important to know is that it is the real tesamorelin, it binds to the proper receptors, it is folded correctly, the amino acids are chained in a proper order. No 99.9% COA from Janoshik can guarantee it, it can well be a completely differently connected chain but have the same HPLC and MS results. So, the most important parameter is how trustworthy is the manufacturer.

@OldGuy I asked Peptidology why aren't they doing the same (they have the same issue). They said it's too much work to do, and they don't have so much resources to process all of it. Maybe some day.
