@judgetoo im down 40lbs at the moment. Im currently avg about a pound a week . Which is fine with me. Not currently researching anything but i am looking and reading up on some things.

Does anyone take tirz and then add reta. From what I've found searching some do, just not on the same day. Can any one tell me of the personal experience.
