  • Chronic tendon damage - correct peptide?
    dontfyourlifeD dontfyourlife

Not sure how things work in the UK but is it easy have your doctor order an MRI?

PRP has decent research/trials behind it so that would be my first option. I've had PRP done on both my shoulders due to a posterior labrum tears. I still push heavy shoulder presses with no issue.

Unfortunately no one has MRI imaging of a tendor tear before and after BPI/TB. That would be gold!

  • Testing question
    dontfyourlifeD dontfyourlife

I like the website and the push for transparency. Just a quick question on your BPC-157 10 mg

    There are 2 COA's listed.
For Lot xzgt3gk- Peptide is pure (99.78%), but each vial only contains 8.26 mg of active BPC-157. Also no verified safety data for heavy metals or sterility.

For Lot sr-bpc-260316-001- Peptide meets the dosage claim (10.34 mg), purity and passed all checks for sterility/endotoxins

So which lot are you actively shipping?

  • Introducing Myself and Look Forward to Contributing
    dontfyourlifeD dontfyourlife

    Just a quick intro-
Love working out and want to use the latest supplements available to maximize the results for the time I put in.

I'm huge into the research and education as before injecting something into me, I want the actual facts, not the hype marketing from the people selling the product.

Look forward to sharing and learning with everyone in the community

    Happy Halloween!!!

  • Why HPLC purity alone doesn’t tell you what’s in the vial
    dontfyourlifeD dontfyourlife

Absolutely spot on with the tests- at minimum HPLC and Mass Spec plus endo.

And absolutely insist on independent third party COA that is hosted on the testing facilities website, isrecent and matches batch numbers.

  • RFK Jr. Removes Restrictions On Unapproved Peptide Injections

Hopefully the next steps will happen- The FDA must move them from "enforcement discretion" to permanent placement on the Section 503A Bulk Drug Substances List.

Then.....To achieve "permanent compounding status" the FDA must review public comments on the policy, issue a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, clear executive review through OIRA, and publish a final rule codifying the six peptides onto the 503A Bulks List. The whole process can to take several years.

Assuming the political climate stays consistent!!
Now why can't it just be a little easier and a little quicker?

  • Apple goes after Peptide Apps
    dontfyourlifeD dontfyourlife

This is speculation of course.....I don't understand when a multi billion dollar company calls another multi billion dollar company they just believe or go along with whatever is said.

Rumor has it Eli Lilly called credit card processors, social media platforms, etc for their peptide crusade.

And did Apple reach out to the creator of the app? Of course not, Eli Lilly's word is gospel and who cares about the owner or the app or the customers who enjoy using it.

  • Sublingual or Oral AOD 6904
    dontfyourlifeD dontfyourlife

    Might be a crap shoot!
When swallowed AOD-9604 faces degradation by stomach acids and enzymes so only a small fraction of the active compound makes it through to enter the bloodstream.

And... Because human oral bioavailability has never been precisely quantified there is no exact standard conversion ratio. Goes back to crap shoot 🙂
