I did the math and it's about the same price to buy a pre-made GHK product relative to taking the DIY route.

A couple of differences:

1. Knowing your GHK is "legit" when you make it yourself (controlling your sourcing)
2. Controlling the amount of GHK in the finished product. Iirc Anela aims for ~3%, whereas standard formulations are a lot lower at 0.5 or 1%
3. A lot of pre-made serums will have a more complex formulation that could be more beneficial to your skin
   3.5) In some cases the formulation could be a turn off because it has too much

Lmk if my math is wrong, I've been seriously contemplating making my own skin and hair serums for a while, but the math wasn't what I wanted it to be.

In terms of practicing first in/first out, I print and label every kit/vial with a "received date."

I always go with my preferred combination of BAC/saline. Some people want more bac, some want more saline for less burn, etc.

No matter what, I use a nasal spray calculator to see how much of each peptide I'm getting per spray.

It's usually not perfect for me, but it works

I usually get my carts from Peptide Test, but noticed Daro is one of the few vendors to explicitly state that their carts are "Sterilized and Siliconized." I admittedly had to look up "Siliconized" lol

I've only used it intranasally, but plan to try subq eventually. I run on the more anxious/ADD side of the spectrum, so I've found selank helps me hit more focus/flow state relative to the other neuropeps like adamax/semax.

Adamax/semax alone for me gives me mental sharpness, but my focus goes all over the place. If I pair with selank, it helps me hone the mental sharpness.

This is all a work in progress for me, I'll have more concrete personal experiences in a few more months. I admittedly want selank/semax combo to work because when making your own sprays, it's VERY affordable relative to adamax

On the nootropic supplement side, some high ROI low risk nootropics I personally like are L-Theanine with some natural caffeine source and lion's mane

Renova was my go-to for reta for a while. Make sure you use a promo code and it makes it even more affordable.

My only reservation is that I know they own multiple peptide companies and I THINK price differently across them and for some reason they're not known much in the community even though they have great product/customer service/etc.

With your paper/label in the printer, you do a "first pass" print in your first color, so I printed the text, QR code on the labels above in black.

I then had to reel the printed label back into the printer, change to a different color ribbon, in the photo above, it was blue, then I printed the top portion (the DSIP banner) by itself over that label.

@lexc Nexaph has a 3D printer and label channel as well. You basically have everything you need with both, but PeppyNiimbot has a lot of awesome info for getting started

3. The app is quirky and only gives you 2 options: Message and WhatsApp
4. Paste it into your messenger app (or anywhere, it doesn't matter)
5. Cut it from the messenger app and paste into the forum or wherever else you want to put it (this is the part that's a bit of a struggle for me because I don't use the forum on mobile)
6. Still need to confirm this actually works for everyone

I have been on a NIIMBOT M2 high lately, spending a lot of time on the Nexaph and Peptide Niimbot TG and playing with a few basic templates.

I wanted to create a master thread on this forum for people to share their M2 templates seeing as how not everyone is on TG.

To open a template:

1. Copy the odd text for the template in its entirety
2. Open your NIIMBOT app
3. A dialogue box will appear in the app asking if you would like to "Allow Paste" > Allow the paste
4. The template should open and you edit it to your hearts desire

Let me know if this is NOT the correct way to share templates as this is a work in progress for me too, especially since I am trying to do this on my PC rather than my phone.

For anyone who's concerned it's too much work, it's definitely really quick and easy to figure out!

Unfortunately, it's another rabbit hole that can lead to fixation and spending...lol. I've been spending a lot of time on TG looking at other people's templates to use, and then basically bought every color ribbon and paper that would work for my printer. Snort that adalank and give it a shot!!
