I really liked this one for anyone interested in retatrutide! Still just getting into peptides so I can't be 100% sure all of his info was legit but it seemed well researched and he seems quite knowledgeable, talks a lot about safe and healthy weight loss, labs and vitals monitoring, diet and exercise, before even discussing dosing and whatnot which I thought was helpful and important. Hi! I'm a newcomer into the world of peptides and want to do the most possible to make sure all my research goes smoothly. I've heard it is a good idea to keep track of vitals like heart rate and such, and the "Get Labs / Blood Work" tab under "Calc & Tools" caught my eye as well. I'm wondering if any more experienced researchers have opinions they'd like to share when it comes to this stuff! I'm curious about what you think is important to keep track of as well as what type of monitoring can be done in house and if so what kind of materials are needed to do so. I'm not above visiting a lab to get tests done for the things I can't accomplish on my own if it's worth it, but I'm also curious to see what can be done at home as for me personally running the tests is just as fun as getting the results back. Also curious if anyone has knowledge or resources for interpreting results and how that can be used to make choices regarding peptide stacks and whatnot! As a beginner really anything is helpful and I'm curious to hear your thoughts and opinions :)) (Apologies in advance if I've used any tags incorrectly or if this belongs in another category, I'm still getting the lay of the land! I've tagged glp3-r as that is the peptide I'm most interested in researching at the moment)

  • Hello as a newcomer from Canada!
    rickdiculousR rickdiculous

Hi everyone! Happy to be here, I've heard about peptides here and there online and stumbled upon a few of Peptide Critic's tutorial videos and decided to look into the website. I'm very new to peptides and whatnot but am a huge science nerd so the bits of research papers I've read so far have been interesting! I have mainly looked into Retatrutide but am curious about peptides as a whole, the research is super interesting. If anyone has any general advice or things you typically share with newcomers I am all ears, lovely to meet you all and happy to have found a space to discuss! :DD
