That sounds like a good reason not to use the plastic bottles of Hospira. I know people like to think of it as the gold standard but there are other quality brands on the market and I can think of at least 2 that run a eGMP certified factory has passed testing that even Hospira had a fluke failure during and use Borosilicate glass vials. The bottom line is that alcohol is a solvent and even for short term storage a small amount of chemicals leaches from the plastic but not the glass. And as a final thought Hospira has created a shortage to increase pricing and the other manufacturers are filling the void with a quality product at a better price.

After reading this thread and seeing a video about using COA data to help choose a vendor I carefully checked out the COA for a vendor I used to purchase a few vials of Triz a couple of months ago. First, I'll say that I've used 2 vials already and all seems good. My blood glucose is well controlled, and my weight has been slowly falling too. What I found however is quite concerning. I found the posted COA was from another manufacturer and this Vendor used Photoshop to swap their name on the Janoshik report. Using the numbers on the report I was able to find the real manufacturer and see the unaltered report. The peps were bought from LHpeptides.com

I'd do things a bit different to lower the possibility of contamination. I did like the fact that the youtuber mentioned use of a pressure cooker. That can be used as an autoclave to sterilize bottles and the distillation equipment. As for those that sight the sterility of the environment that is why you should close loop the still with stopper and a single small pressure relief. (close out the environment as much as possible) Further many people already own HEPA air filters and Ion generator air purifiers. A small closet or grow tent could be set up with a table, seat and filters equipped as a lab. It would be very close to lab sterile and could produce large quantities of perfectly good BAC within hours, the only difference would be testing the purity.

Let's take this a step further... Sterile water...Isn't it the same as distilled water?
Couldn't we just take water processed through a reverse osmosis system and then distill (using a glass still) it into a glass bottle that has been boiled for a given amount of time. Maintain near boiling temperature of the water from the still and seal while at temperature. After cooling process with the proper mix of Benzyl Alcohol,
