My rat is currently off the lowest dose of prescribeable Tirz (2.5mg) and I've noticed the sleep quality is so much better without it and I don't feel lazy about working out anymore. I think my rat is a hyper-responded to this peptide.
Sleeping actually feels restful and refreshing. My rat has cycled off and on it a few times, so it's not a new phenomenon.
Now that I'm starting my rat on self-reconstituted Tirz, I can select the exact dose.
I'm curious if anyone has come across common doses below the 2.5mg that pharma suggests.
Sure, any dose below that could theoretically work, but I'm not sure what the pharmacokinetics of this compound is like. I don't want to go too low and not have it have an impact, but I also don't want to wreck my sleep and energy levels again.
The goal is mild/steady weight loss and appetite/craving control without the loss of energy.
