I am curious if anyone else has had experience with them, good or bad. My wife ordered GLP-3 for her research and has had great outcomes over the last 7 weeks. It seems like it’s a newer company and there isn’t a lot out there about them, so just curious about any feedback from the community.

Awesome company to deal with. UPS lost my order, not due to genpeptide but I ended up eventually getting it. They kept in touch with me the whole way and said they would even send out a replacement if ups did not find it… they found it and delivered it to me and everything was there and packaged well… will definitely do business with them again

I placed an order with Instant Peptides and paid in full. They ran a Father's Day discount with the word NOW in the ad — no fine print, no time window, just NOW. When I contacted them to cancel and reorder to apply that discount, I was told I was "nickel and diming" them. Let that sink in — I asked about their own advertised promotion and was accused of being cheap. After that exchange, they made the decision to redirect my FedEx shipment mid-transit before it ever reached me, then refused to issue a refund. I never received the product and never got my money back. Complaints have since been filed with the FTC, the Illinois and Arizona Attorneys General, and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center. Sharing this so others can make an informed decision before ordering. Unfortunately I can't attach and upload the transcript.

I noticed the majority of posts on this site with regard to Pinealon research because of sleep issues. I'm wanting neuro benefits of memory, clarity, etc.
Is there anyone here who's gotten benefits other than better sleep?
I also see most info favors researching it in morning hours. I don't want kitty to fall asleep at work...

What is the suggested protocol. Just got confused by other posts. @randy you love it please chime in. I am titrating starting at 1mg up to 5 for the last 5 days for 20 days total. Just started

This is at least the 2nd time this has happened with a vendor. I will not send any of them my DL info. Sent them a refusal note on the grounds that I already had an account with them and they sent the order through. (Other than that, I like their products.)
I hope this doesn't become a habit with vendors.

On another thread here was a discussion of TB4 and BPC157, 1 to 1 ratio in premixed formulas not being accurate with regard to the individual dosages of the two. I agree with this assessment and since I cannot afford to dose kitty individually, I'm going to try Cartalax first and see if it resolves any of the joint and other tissue pain she has. As we all know, the cost of peptides can be prohibitive, at least for us.
Any comments/information is welcomed. Wish cat the best. She's old and hurting.

I completely agree with Chad here, something is definitely off with this vendor. I’m into my fourth week on their batch, and honestly, it’s been a total letdown. Not only am I getting zero noticeable results from my usual dose, but I’ve also suddenly come down with a brutal headache and stomach pain. There’s a chance I just caught a bug from someone who was sick around me, but the timing is just too sketchy to ignore. When you get none of the actual benefits but all of these random, miserable side effects, it really makes you question the purity of what they're shipping out. Just like Chad said, the difference between a solid vendor and this one is night and day. On another note, my MOT-C effects seems fine.

For research use only. Not medical advice.
The goal:
Tirzepatide = GLP-1 + GIP
Survodutide or Mazdutide = GLP-1 + Glucagon
→ Combined effect = GLP-1 + GIP + Glucagon, i.e., a retatrutide-like profile.Because both second agents have a glucagon hit, titration must be slower than usual to avoid nausea, low appetite floor, or excessive gastric slowing.
Why do this?
- You stockpiled too much tirz.
- Break a stall.
- Reta itch/allodynia or other intolerable side effects when researching reta.
1. Tirzepatide + Survodutide
Survodutide has a stronger glucagon hit than mazdutide. This is the more potent combination.
Weekly Titration Schedule
Weeks 1–4
Tirzepatide: 2.5 mg weekly
Survodutide: 0.3 mg weekly
Purpose: Establish baseline tolerability. Survo kicks hard early.Weeks 5–8
Tirzepatide: 5 mg weekly
Survodutide: 0.6 mg weekly
Notes: Appetite suppression becomes extremely strong for many subjects here.Weeks 9–12
Tirzepatide: 7.5 mg weekly
Survodutide: 1.0 mg weekly
This is the sweet spot for most research models. Strong “reta-like” effect emerges.
Week 13+ Maintenance
Two viable approaches:
Standard Maintenance
Tirzepatide: 7.5–10 mg
Survodutide: 1.0–1.5 mg
High-End (Aggressive) Maintenance
Tirzepatide: 10–12.5 mg
Survodutide: 1.5–2.0 mg
Only for researchers replicating the high-end metabolic punch of retatrutide.
Notes
Survodutide plus tirz amplifies appetite suppression so hard that most people do not need high tirz dosing.
Escalate slowly — both compounds slow gastric emptying.
This combo is more GC-heavy than mazdutide, so itch issues are less common compared to retatrutide, but GI load is higher.
- Tirzepatide + Mazdutide (Ghetto Reta v2 — Milder, Cleaner)
Mazdutide has a slightly softer glucagon hit and a less aggressive appetite cliff.
This stack is smoother and usually more tolerable.Tirzepatide + Mazdutide
Weeks 1–4
Tirzepatide: 2.5 mg weekly
Mazdutide: 2 mg weekly
Weeks 5–8
Tirzepatide: 5 mg weekly
Mazdutide: 4 mg weekly
Weeks 9–12
Tirzepatide: 7.5 mg weekly
Mazdutide: 6 mg weekly
This combo mimics a “mid-dose retatrutide” effect without the itch or violent GI spike.
Week 13+ Maintenance
Tirzepatide: 7.5–10 mg
Mazdutide: 6–8 mg
High-End (Not common)
Tirzepatide: 10–12.5 mg
Mazdutide: 8–10 mg
Notes
Mazdutide is smoother but still synergistic with tirz.
Appetite suppression is strong but less harsh than survo stacks.
GI load increases if escalated too fast — keep 4-week steps.
read more →I posted on a discord server that my food nose was back since I started survo. Tirz had me completely dead to appetite. Some "expert" jumped on and explained the mechanisms of why survo would not cause hunger/food noise. Well, I know what I have experienced. But luckily it has died down and only lasts the day I take the survo. But I've been eating keto/carnivore ish most of the time so sugar cravings aren't a thing for me. I'd rather have a large pepperoni pizza. I am now down 78 pounds since January so I'm sticking with this combo. -
My rat name Extropy has been researching for 5mo with great results. From metabolic reset, mitochondria optimizing, mental health, longevity, immune and yes she went all in. She is filtering all the peps into pen cartridges as suggested here. In one sitting Extropy has been able to push a set of 2-4 cartridges through one 33Gx4mm pin tip. After she finish the pen tip it gets discarted. She hasn't had any issues. Anyone doing the same or?

Have you ever developed a crush on somebody and couldn't help but want to text them? Yeah, that happened to me with this company. After I received my first order, which shipped pretty quickly, I found myself going back to their website several times debating whether or not I should spend the money to buy more stuff. For my money, they strike a perfect balance between price, packaging, convenience, and detailed COAs. I’ll probably continue to buy from these guys.

My rat Extropy has been using V2 pens for 3mo now and I'm about to upgrade. When she pinch, pin and pray. Extropy lets it sit in her for 10-20 seconds before pulling out slowly. She still notices a drop of peps on the pin tip. She is now using 33G x 4mm, but also it did the same with a 32G. There is a few MCGs lost in every pin. Lately she has been unscrewing the pen reservoir to not lose any more peps. Yes she did use to remove the pen tip but by the time you cap it and unscrew the mcgs add up. It a decent little drop. I didn't mind it, considering it is clear there isn't a backwash into the cartridge. Time to upgrade, "this is the way"...? Follistatin-344 and tesa are not cheap. Please advise.

Well I just had an unpleasant experience. I just wasted a half a vial of NAD+. Upon filling some pen cartridges I had the bottom plug pop out the bottom of not one, but two cartridges (spilling all of the energy juice into oblivion). I was using a 31 gauge breather needle and a 31 gauge needle on the end of the .2-13mm filter. I've done it this way before with no issues. I didn't think I was pushing too hard or fast on the plunger but I guess I could have. I changed the breather needle on the next two cartridges and everything went as planned. Could it have been a bad breather needle? 31 gauge needles are too small (for breather or filter)? Or was I simply pushing too fast and didn't realize it?
What's your theory as to what the problem may have been. I lost half of my 10mL vial due to this mistake, so I darn sure want to learn from it.

I hate to be an enabler for all the FOMO and hoarder peeps out there, but I thought it might be a good idea to have a centralized location for all of the July 4th sales. This wouldn't necessarily be an endorsement for any particular vendor or a review, but rather an FYI for what's out there.
Genpeptide - 25% off peptides. An additional 10% discount of purchases over $1000. Valid June 26th to July 6th.
-EDIT- FREEDOM25 is the discount code.Received via email marketing. Out of curiosity, I tested the code and it appears (as of this writing) that it will not apply to their "Build a Kit". Only one coupon code is allowed so it isn't stackable with the Peptide Critic 10% off code.
