Checkout and payment is straight forward. I used credit card (they don't take MC however), although they do offer another 10% for Zelle payments. I also texted their customer support about out of stock items. I got quick replies, however the info they gave me ended up being inaccurate. The two items I asked about twice now, are yet to be in stock despite them telling me they should be by a certain date.
