Interesting observation, my IGF-1 baseline was about 120 consistently, then I used 1 mg Tesa for 2 months, which brought IGF-1 to 200 in 1 months, then I tested it as 174. Then I stopped it for 3 weeks, I actually stopped all medicine and supplements. Now I retested IGF-1 and it's 180, even higher than 3 weeks ago. I wonder how long does it stay elevated after the end of the supplementation?

My rat is almost done with my 6 weeks of CJC/Ipa - which I liked. I’m thinking about doing the switch to Tesa. And would love to hear your experience or feedback with your research.

My Hume scale states my visceral fat is at “8” on their index scale, then says “low” next to it. I recently heard you want a “6” or less. Also feeling frustrated at that little pooch at the low belly that’s so hard to shift. I’m not overweight but my body fat percentage is 31.4%. Much higher than I want it to be.

Female rat, closing in on her 40’s soon, main goal is to lose fat and body recomp, but mainly get that fat percentage down! I have a great stack going, and seeing results in lowering body fat % slowly but surely, so curious if this would be a nice addition.

Did you gain water weight? If so when did it go away? How was your sleep? Joint pain or stiffness? Where did you get it from if you loved it? I’d love to hear it all!

Went through an entire kit basically by now. I havent lost much. But that could be gaining muscle as fast as loosing fat? Im in the gym 7 days a week. 5 miles cardio. Full body workout after. Diets spotty but nothing out of control high calorie. Just not strict rice and meat either. Ill tighten up the diet and see how it pans out.

Make sure you get in some rest days. That routine is pretty much the reason I'm running BPC and TB4 right now. Some of my joints didn't like doing cardio with 80 extra pounds on them.

@seadracos im down 121. Should be a breath of fresh air on my bones. Hahah. Tbh i havent seen the edge of my stamina these days. I tried to push it to find it. 25 miles cycling daily at 103rpm and around 130hr with a full upper workout for a week and still couldnt find it. Ive said it before but ive never felt this good in my entire life.

Keep it up! I felt a hell of a lot better back then as well but never that good.
A good deal of my issue was probably doing my daily 4+ mile walk on an uneven sidewalk up steep hills. I kept walking the same route the same way and now one of my hipso doesn't like when I exercises to much.
Tirz has been helping me lose all the weight I regained after I stopped exercising, and the wolverine blend has been doing some work to ease the hip.
I'm in my mid 30s, I'm too young to have joint pain XD.

@yogipepp Just ending my fifth injection as of last night, and yesterday was the first time that I had just some intense injection site pain. I've been letting it sit out to reach room temperature, but using an 8 mm pen needle in the upper abdomen triggered intense internal pain within minutes that radiated outward and lasted about 30 minutes, though there were no welts or skin reactions.

I have not noticed any visceral fat changes yet (Hume scale) since it takes a while to work. Sleep has been pretty good, with my watch showing an increase in REM sleep.

I am debating whether to continue, but if I do, I am switching back to my thighs and avoiding the abdomen entirely because that was the worst injection pain I have ever experienced.

I have been on 1.5mg of tesa for about 3 weeks and haven't noticed anything yet. But, also no joint pain or other side effects.

How long have you all been storing a recon? 7+ days? Aliquoting into two vials? Cold or room temp?
