The peps are sent securely, I've never had a problem with any vials being damaged. I keep the peps from other sites in VP's cartons, sealed in freezer bags, in the freezer until I'm ready to reconstitute. Immediately received an email confirmation and waited for my order. Kinda slipped my mind, and then, this Sunday, check my emails and realized I did not receive this order. Emailed support with a less-than-friendly inquiry. Support responded that day, refunded my order (except shipping), and I received it today, less than 48 hours after my inquiry. Their packaging is Gold Standard as far as I'm concerned, and I don't know why, but I love it when suppliers give me stickers. They also gave me discount codes, and Orbitrex sent me 4 cool stickers for my research fridge door. I will be shopping with them again. So, glitches/mistakes happen. A lot of products are available as single vial, trio of vials, half kit (5), or full kit (10) which not only saves money, but allows you to buy the correct amount of vials for your research cycle. Shipping was fast, but I would prefer better protection of vials. Contrary to the vendor information on peptidecritic, they do have batch numbers. same here they are really good, I research with small quantity also they are really quick. I'm on the West Coast and I still get my package pretty fast.3-4 day

"One thing to note is that their inventory moves quickly, so popular items may sell out fast" Understatement! While I was going back and forth with Rory yesterday trying to get my payment through, the products I had loaded into my cart sold out!
