@TrueNorth I think you are on point with Duffin and Alex Kikel, Holifield is ok for the most part but I would like to see him in an interview, I think there is a reason he only does AI researched single topic videos vs other legends in the game can sit sown and hash it out in detail on any question.

@bfuller - I think he is a solid starting point for people just getting into it. His SKOOL Group has an education section which is actually quite useful on anything from Peptides, to nutrition to training etc... If someone was just getting into training, supplements and peptides, I wouldn't hesitate to tell them to check out his education section.

I'm not doubting that most of that information is AI Generated but it is organized and presented in way that is genuinely helpful for anyone starting out.

I like your list, Dr Jackson is great and a fellow Canuck, but he doesn't post much content, but clearly he is incredibly informed on Anabolics.

I just became aware of Dr Bakari, I like him a lot.

Duffin and Castore are both great.

Not a huge Hunter fan at all.

I don't know the other guys yet, will check them out.

I like Josh. His content is informative, if largely AI generated. I learned a lot from his videos. That being said, I joined his Skool right around the time he launched ZestyRat and promptly got banned when someone asked where to buy peptides and I suggested Nexaph. Apparently he banned a large % of his members for doing that, though the single most common question in his main skool channel is ‘where can I buy peptides?’ Because that is why everyone joins.

That pretty much turned me off his channel and he lost whatever personal training money he was going to get from me. I get that you’re building a brand and all, but banning members without warnings or guidelines when you know what the market is like is petty.

He’s regurgitating AI, IMO. When I first started I asked AI questions. Multiple times he’s made videos that were word for word of what AI had answered to my questions a few months prior.

I was just going to say this. I have been working with AI a lot, and when he says, “Here is where it gets interesting”, or “But this is what the research shows”, that is verbatim from an AI generated answer.

I am a Chris Williamson (podcast) junkie and one of the things he and a guest were talking about recently is that everybody in a given niche starts to talk like everyone else in the niche, so it is hard to tell if they are copying each other, or using AI script builders, or both, but eventually they all start to sound alike. At which point they lose any differentiating factors that might have made them special.

@mfadden99, I agree with everything you said except it being clear that there was to be no outside links. When I read the rules it said to include any outside links that would be considered competition, and to not spam, farm or otherwise proposition group members in an attempt to sell them anything. The link was research and was in response to a linked posted by another member. Either way it doesn’t matter, it’s his community and he can run it however he wants, again I think his content is good, he seems extremely knowledgeable and can explain and breakdown peptides well. At the end of the day it just wasn’t a good fit for me.

He recently sent a video to his community going off about people contradicting his advice. He said he can't verify the sources and so it shouldn't be posted and nobody but him should be giving advice as he could be held responsible for my fallout and it reflects poorly on his brand.

The way he presents his community is that he's going to give you that type of information but it's really to push his own products

I found him soon in my peptide journey. He did help me and i ordered from him. I participated in his Skool community. Then he added a moderator. On the very FIRST day of the moderator, I got banned, lol.

Someone needed BAC water the very next day. She was going to order it from josh, but she wouldn’t have it for 5-7 days. Someone suggested she order from Amazon, next day delivery. I went on and posted a non-affiliate link to the lambda BAC water, because it tested good and said she should be safe with that one. When i went back on, I got deleted. I think his BAC water was $12 or $13 at the time. I thought it was rather petty. Probably if i had messaged him, I could have gotten back in. I do think it was by an overzealous new moderator. But, I had found this place!

Im a member of Josh Holyfield community. Been there for about a year. He has helped me out in 1 on 1 conversations on more than 1 occasion. I offered to pay him and he refused to let me. He appreciated the fact I followed his rules and respected his guidelines for the community. Bottom line is he started the community and I didnt. Just like I wouldnt come in here and argue with Randy, im gonna respect the man's wishes in his own house. Josh will tell you quickly if you want to be in there then respect his rules. Its just like voting for politicians or continuing to use bricks and minifigs. As a consumer you cadt your vote with your money. If you agree with what they do then support them, if you dont then dont. No hard feelings either way. Some people like him some dont. End of the day all we need to worry about is who we lay in bed with to go to sleep. Thats really all that matters. I can tell you though I have sprung some questions on him in conversations and he had the answer instantly. I dont believe he is reading AI generated answers. Once again the information he has given me several times would of cost me 10 trillion dollars with someone else and black card or however that works. Plus he started a supplement company. You can go get creatine that the only ingredient is creatine. He is a vet also which I respect. Im not trying to convince anyone, im just telling my experience with him. He has shot me straight the whole time and not charged me anything for it. I have also verified some of his info and it checked out everytime. Thats screams integrity to me in a world that has forgotten what that is mostly. The classroom portion he created is one hell of a guide for almost every peptide you can think of also and he maintains clinical trials data on there that you can look up if you want to. Very transparent. Someone called him a tattoo meat head and I think that comment doesn't have any relevance to anything. Very judgemental in my opinion and that has nothing to do with what he sells or says online. We better start learning how to get along with one another again before we all fall. Im just saying. You want to dispute him about something he says fhen thats fair game. He knew fhe score by putting himself in the public eye. Trying to clown on someone for their appearance is surprising to me. I figured that kind of behavior would of been left on the 5th grade recess yard, but 1st amendment says go for it. Im not mad at you and ill fight for your right to say it again. I hope it accomplished everything you wanted it to. I fully expect to have a comment said about my post. Won't bother me though, my concern is that hot little blonde I get to crawl in bed with about 7 hours from now. My suggestion is you should be worried about the same in your life before you lose her being consumed with how many tattoos someone on YouTube has. Not being rude or mean, just honest. Dont know what you got till its gone brother. Everyone enjoy the rest of yalls Sunday and if you get time go look up SLU-PP-915. Mind blowing the advancements we are making this year. Im in Texas and im on the hunt for a THC peptide. Damn joint is a felony now. What's up with that?

I meant to shout out to the dude talking about Chris Williamson. Thats my boy man, good call. One of the most informative podcasts for men about life in general. Its a Must watch, especially for a single man. Trips me out the way he says year. I thought he was doing that on purpose when I first seen him like 3 years ago, but he hasnt dropped it yet so its really his English accent or dialect. Whatever the right word is.

If yall havent tried the Uncle Wangs hot sauce I suggest you order some. You wont regret it.

@jackiee I messaged them asking why I was banned, apologizing for whatever I said leading to the ban, and i never got a response. A friend who is also a member said he posted a long rant about it and that the member count went down by almost 1,000 so someone rage-banned a whole lot of people for talking about any other peptide vendors.

This was several months ago so it’s basically lost in the sands of time.

@stevencarter No beef with any of that. My friend has also gotten good info from Josh on mechanic stack and questions about his GF’s autoimmune issues.

My beef is that when I joined, I wasn’t aware that talking about peptide vendors was forbidden (he has just launched ZestyRat) and apparently many of the other people who got banned also didn’t know why. You’re not on the hook to defend him. I am just venting.

FWIW, I do understand that rule #1 is don’t f*** with people’s money.

I liked his no bullshit attitude coming in but then quickly realized some of it is purposely curtailed to keep people in the skool bubble. Like even warren jeffs didn't keep his followers this aggressively blind for information. With my views of believing peptides should be easily accessible and widely available in an affordable manner. His entire buisness model is in complete contradiction to my views. Which is why i stopped following or watching.

I joined this wanker's Skool group and it was a borderline cult. People were even afraid of listing Amazon listings for supplies unrelated to his bullshit peptide company that, by the way, is ridiculously expensive, because they may get banned. He is a gold-plated dildo in my eyes. For my money, don't trust anyone with face tattoos and you'll be fine. There are FAR better resources out there. He is totally inconsistent with his protocols too - he was for 5Amino at one point then later said it's basically useless without acknowledging his previous endorsement.

Like I said before, I wasn’t recommending any other peptide vendor, I was trying to help out a woman who needed BAC water the next day. I didn’t even think of that as competing with him. I also don’t think it was him, but rather the new mod. This was in March.

@jackiee I was in that group in March and he was banning people left and right for just that innocuous kind of information sharing. It's not the new mods. He's a gearhead on a power trip. People were apologizing for sharing needle links on Amazon which has NO impact on his garbage business at all.

I just tried to save the girl from ordering crappy BAC water. I told her if she was ordering it from Amazon, to get Lambda

@jackiee You did the right thing. The purpose of a community is to help people out with knowledge, experience and grace. You're better off not being in that cult anymore. The last thing I did before I quit the group was call everyone out for being cowards and him for being a tyrant.

@stevencarter Quite frankly, if you came in here and disagreed with Randy he wouldn't outright ban you, and his environment here is far more welcoming and way less dictatorial. We're all adults in this space and don't need to be talked to like disobedient children because we all know how to be respectful and follow guidelines. Everyone there is scared of the dude because he has cultivated a presence that drips with arrogance and anger, which rewards any dissent with a ban. He absolutely reads from a prompt for every one of his videos, as is evident by watching his eyes move as he talks and his jump cuts for when he presumably screws up, or needs to find his place. I'm not saying there isn't valuable information there but the messenger, in his case, is an arsehole. I am happy for you if you gain something from that community, but I will not cower before some guy because his roid rage is guiding his thinking. Sorry for the rant, but I absolutely despise him and do not judge you in any way for using a resource that you find helpful.
