Lipo C amino

I started this weight loss, bio hack 3 months ago with Tirz. , TRT, and researching many others including servo…it has changed my life in a wonderful way. I lost 20lbs, gained 7lbs muscle mass, recover well, working physically hard and just needed help with the 4:00 crash. I believe it was from a calorie deficit so started with 5 amino 1 mq. I then tried MotsC but still got the crash so thought SS31. I have enough for the protocol but the crash feeling was a concern because I need to perform physical remodeling houses, so I stopped. I did try NAD+ but still got the evening crash. I do eat plenty of protein and have taken supplements as well. I should add that I am 62, but I start feeling great then crash… So, I tried LipoC and glutathione at the clinic and WOW! felt great for a couple weekly jabs, maybe the creatine?
Maybe doing too many peptides? Maybe SS31 with MotsC is a better protocol with NAD? I have been trying 1 at a time to see what works? Glutathione maybe start back with it? Any insight in your research would be welcomed… -

There are pretty common reports of SS-31 causing fatigue for the first week or 3 and then things get really good. The speculation is that your mitochondria are really screwed up and thus the fatigue, but this merely guesswork by researchers.
Also, what does of SS-31 are you running? There is a wide range of dosing protocols....everything from 2-3mg a day to 40mg a day. I don't know what is ideal, but personal experimentation would be needed.

@gym.rat I had a source say to do the SS-31 first then the Mots-c , but Clouse the Lab Mouse was impatient and began the Mots-C shortly after beginning his research on the SS-31. never did get to the NAD though

@Sable-Darqness Yeah that was the original train of thought, but its since been modified by those that have way more knowledge than me and you should indeed dose them together in the protocol.

@gym.rat Thanks! I have 8 vials of SS31 I want to run and will probably run 5mg a day with MotsC. I was doing 4-5mg of MotsC and really don’t feel much anymore. I have some NAD which I was going to try next. I just work really physically hard and can’t deal with fatigue right now. I know Ive been exposed to mold and toxic things remodeling so also thinking glutathione. Ss31 may be the very thing I need to heal my mitochondria and get that MotsC great energy. Running both together may be the thing or Ss31 in the evening and MotsC in the am
