Red Light Therapy - Who's tried it?

Yeah, I didn’t find that the SS-31 and epitalon had noticeable effects, but I view them as foundational. Like with epitalon, you don’t know if it extends your lifespan until you live a really long time. You can get your telomeres measured, but that isn’t cheap either.
For me, the way you can tell if stuff like Glow/Klow is working is by monitoring over time. Since starting wolverine stack and migrating through Glow to Klow, my recovery time is much better, i get less soreness, my knees and shoulders don’t hurt, and my skin looks better. And CJC/Ipa works based on how cut I got while researching it.
But I think that if you are not doing all the other things, it might be harder to notice. My bride isn’t working out right now, and isn’t eating great, so while she is researching Tirz, Klow, Ara, and a couple telehealth things, she doesn’t have a baseline from which to say, ‘Aha!’ After a few weeks or months.
And also, some people get different results than others do. Being where i am now, when I get injured or need to dial back, it takes me a few months to get back to ‘peak’, and frankly, I don’t think it is healthy to try to stay there all the time anyway.
Oh, hey, I am rambling!
@ResearchCat I find the best way to monitor results is through blood tests I use rythme

Yep; I am having a full panel in a couple of weeks.

@ResearchCat Its cool when you compare them over a period of time

This is my follow up. I am hoping I fixed some of the worrisome ones.

I went with a panel because I’d rather use a panel for 3-5 minutes vs using a mask for 20-40 minutes.
If you must have a mask I recommend the omnilux. Also recommend getting the neck band. If you have a FSA/HSA account, lots of good red light devices at fsastore.com -

@stevepep My full body panel is a Hooga 1500 and the face panel I started with is a Hooga 300. Hooga was the most affordable when I bought them 6 years ago. They don’t spend lots of money on advertising, or affiliates pushing their products. I have the basic two wave panels because that is where the science and research were at the time of my purchase.

I have done it a few time, can't say I've felt anything particular for it. But not something I do frequently. I also get when I do my sauna and cold plunge. They have the red light set-up in the sauna, and that I feel, but can't say its just from the red light.

A red light therapy joint opened up nearby me. I've seen these before but never really went down the rabbit hole.
Who's tried it? Thoughts?
@Randy try 7.5 -10 mg of Methlyne Blue about 20 mins before you use the redlight, its awesome and it does help with recovery. We have full body pannels with the raising and lowering stand over the top of a massage table. My mornings often consist of a youtube video on the latest interesting topic on my headphones and 18-20 minutes under the red light. If im injured, im all over it.
When my step daughter tore her knee, it was red light and PEMF. She went to see her ortho after a week and the doctor asked what she was doing to heal so fast. When she tolder,...oh my mom has this perfect mat thing and these big red lights,.....the ortho got excited and said he wished he had regular access to all of it.
I will say, if you use the red lihht at night, your neighbors will think you've opened a portal to the upside down.
