@Stevepep You're correct for sure! Not everyone believes in their efficacy, but I drink Kenetik ketones; one shot per day. Dr Elizabeth Yurth, OG doc for longevity and peptides, likes it. She said if she could only take one supplement it would be the Kenetik shot of Ketones. Here's why these specifically.

Dr. Yurth strongly emphasizes mitochondrial efficiency and reducing systemic inflammation to help joints, muscles, and tissues heal at a cellular level. She publicly argues that most commercial ketone products use "ketone salts" or a mix of chemical isomers that the body cannot easily absorb. She advocates for products like Kenetik because they use pure, bioidentical D-beta-hydroxybutyrate (D-BHB), which she argues is the exact format the brain and muscles use to lower oxidative stress and accelerate physical recovery.
Ketone products (the right ones) can really assist in countering systemic inflammation. It has worked for me.

I totally agree about mitochondrial efficiency and reducing systemic inflammation. I currently have a cracked spine which has allowed m spinal column to shift forward. I need a 3 segment spinal fusion of L4-S1. Unrelated... I also need a 3 segment spinal fusion in my neck.

I was in chronic pain for 30+ years. My neck inflammation kept me from turning my neck making driving difficult. My back pain kept me from playing golf, pickleball and even getting up off the floor after petting my dogs. Nerve pain down my legs kept me from sleeping. As a result, I had brain fog, etc. Life really sucked.

I started on the Reta for weight loss at a mere 1.5 mg and within 2 weeks my pain was ZERO... meaning a big fat donut hole ZERO. I still need surgery but may now be able to delay it as I wait for a better solution than fusion. I am 60 but have always been very athletic even playing on our national soccer team decades ago.

The Reta is also amazing at reducing inflammation. It has been life changing.

I now take KLOW (thinking of switching to Wolverine for bigger doses of the heavy lifters), SS-31 (had BAD, long lasting allergic reaction to MOTS-C), N-acetyl Semax Amidate and now Tesa-Ipa blend for sleep and any remaining visceral fat not lost during my 30 lb drop.

Now I sleep, am pain free and back to living anormal, active life.

And of course then my friends and colleagues started asking me about peptides and it has progressed into more than just me being a lab rat.

So grateful to Randy and this community for keeping me safe while I am learning and for trying to prevent bad actors from ruining the reputation of these amazing substances which can help tens of millions of people. I hope to be an integral part and I hope to help change the lives of others who can truly benefit from peptides.

@investormogulllc My new thing is SuperKlow. I add a vial of wolverine to my vial of Klow. Basically double dose of BPC157 and TB500, and regular amount of GHK and KPV. Very happy with results.

Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

@investormogulllc That's amazing! I am so happy for your relief! It's miserable to go through life in constant pain! I do not need to lose any weight, but I'm going to start taking a microdose of Reta. I wonder if sub 1mg would still lead to pain relief?

And, "playing on our national soccer team decades ago." What an accomplishment! You must have been an amazing player to get to that level!

Good luck on your continued effort to help others heal with Peptides!

Great! I thought you wrote that was the only thing that wasn't optimal.

Funny thing, the month of May FELT like a huge stall watching the scale, so I titrated up after cutting calories by 100. Looking back at the trend line, you can't even see the stall. I need to remember that next time I feel a "stall".
