@kevinfay I have also received compounded tirz that was reconstituted with both saline and with bac water, which might make a difference. Both pharmacies said not to freeze and not to use if it did freeze. Might be nonsense.

️@ResearchCat LLM tools as well as people on other pep forums (not compounded tirz Subrs) said there's definite molecule fracture that will cause loss of efficacy with freezing and thawing due to the way water behaves.
Lyophilization isn't comparable. Worthwhile to run an experiment. Compounded T Redditters claim to do it, but all claims are anecdotal like 'they FELT the same ', no one has a proof with a COA.
