I suppose you could try dissolving it in DMSO and rub it on your skin
I have been wanting to try this. This guy https://www.youtube.com/@ultimateformulations told me that an easy transdermal delivery vehicle is 40% DMSO and 60% glycerin. Watch out for the fact that 25% of people will smell DMSO as the worst body odor known to man. I found out the hard way.
Putting a dab onto a piece of paper medical tape would be pretty easy. However, given my notoriety as a peptide freak, I am hesitant to start walking around with pieces of tape attached randomly to my body parts.I suppose you could try dissolving it in DMSO and rub it on your skin

@kenhnsy So you reconstituted 3ml of dmso in a 3ml bottle with 1g of dihexa to inject? My brother just stop there. DMSO is nothing to mess around with. I have a bottle of DMSO trying to figure out how to safely apply it. I just want to know how much you sublingual. Guess it worked.
Later I will test peptides transdermal or topical drug delivery and DMSO will be in the mix.

NOT TO INJECT.
The ratio was something close to that. It did not make a solution and my DMSO was not RUO quality. Given the efficacy of sublingual use, I doubt it is worth going to the trouble of injecting. I could not find the solubility info for this mix and it is too expensive to play with.
I would have rather used a liquid dispensed through a syringe to meter for sublingual use. But DMSO is a weird substance that likes to freeze depending on what type of container it is in. So be sure you weigh everything as you go so you can know how much is in a given volume (scoop). -
@kenhnsy that’s great to hear. I hope I feel the same. I’m interested in the Adamax as well and have thought about ordering some.
I have some Cerebrolysin in the 2ml ampules. I’ve been nervous to try them as it’s my understanding the minimum dose is 2-5 ml intramuscularly which is above anything I’ve researched with to date.

@researchcat I had a similiar experience to yours with Semax. I did not like the effects of it at all. It made me highly irritable.

I have only tried Adamax (but would love to try Dihexa at some point). I didn’t put two and two together right away but the Adamax made me not only a bit irritable most of the time, but also much more prone to angry outbursts.

You have to find their sweet spot. If you feel they are too much dilute and titrate up for better control. That goes with all nootropics and peptide that have a quick onset. Learn how to microdose and titrate up. I use to bite off pills till I felt it right. Be patient.

These are excellent points! Maybe I should try it again just a more dilute, or much smaller dose. Thanks for the encouragement! And good luck to you with all that you are doing which sounds (daunting!)

I'm very interested in dihexa from a neuroprotective standpoint. Seems you can get in lyophilized powder for subq/intranasal injection or in pill form?
One of my gray suppliers doesn't have it on 'her' sheet. I would view this as a long term protective play from using exogenous testosterone and overall aging.

I’m in the middle of trying this right now and I gotta tell you that this stuff injects im incredibly smoothly. It’s the weirdest thing. I did 3 mL in my butt threw a 28 gauge and it just goes in there without any discomfort.That said I’ve got the 5 mL vials and I’m disinclined to inject 5 mL at a time so I split it up into several doses about 2 to 3 mL every day.
You do need to make sure that you filter out any glass though

Correct. I have tried their stuff. One bottle down and will probably start another in November. FWIW, they were cheaper than the few other vendors I found who had it. I haven’t found too many who stock it.

@ResearchCat I got that bottle of 7.5 mg from NTX. I may start it soon, let me know what should I expect. I also see Dihexa is only slightly more expensive on Paramount Peptides, and have different doses there.

I wouldn’t expect anything crazy. It’s not like the movie Limitless or anything like that. I think over time, maybe your thinking gets clearer and your mind sharper, but as I have said before, it’s hard to assign credit specifically to the dihexa given the various protocols I have been following and the lifestyle changes I have made.
Next run I am thinking about double-dosing the NTX since the Modern aminos dihexa tabs tested at 12.5 mg.

@ResearchCat I noticed Modern Aminos also has P-21, have you tried that one? It should be similar to Dihexa.

Not familiar with that one. Will look into it, but there doesn’t seem to be much info on it.
