Ah, then that makes more sense for a combination with Tirz. You get the third agonist with the least amount of glp added.

    Appreciate the response.

Wait, from the looks of what I've read, Survo has NO GIP at all. Strictly GLP-1 & Glucagon. Am I wrong here?

@eleanor you are correct. The stack of tirz and survo is for hitting both gip and glucagon receptors like Reta. Reta is low on gip, so that’s why some prefer this stack instead of Reta alone.

Follows research backed science, not β€œtrust me” bro’s.

Okay, maybe my misunderstanding. Survo literally does NOT have GIP; it has GLP-1 and glucagon. Reta has all 3; GLP-1, GIP & glucagon. Is this right?

For the record, I decided to give the Tirz/Survo combo more time and glad I did. I am slowly reducing the Tirz (currently 6) and upping NAD+ buf daily because of fatigue; keeping Survo at 1mg. Though scale not dropping yet (been a month or so), I realized the Survo is doing it's work! From med articles, the visceral and liver fat burn shows no difference on the scale until ALL the fat that can be easily washed is gone. My belly has that mushy feeling, as described in med lit., it's a great thing! I am having problems meeting my protein goals and fatigue since starting Tirz is getting better, but still can't exercise like I want. Thank God for NAD+ buf! I am lowering the Tirz by 0.5 weekly and keeping Survo the same to improve fatigue problem. Wish me luck.

My 2c - the research literature shows that NAD+ precursors like NMN and NR in oral supplement forms are far more efficient in making NAD+ in the body. Subq research with direct NAD+ doesn't do the same thing.

@pep_researcher I've seen it, pep; and he's not accounting for those of us like me who've had numerous feet of gut removed. In my case, I assure you, NAD+buf sq works VERY well.

Aside from my case, I've argued with Dr. J. about this. People with gut problems to begin with are not really taken into serious consideration by him; celiac, other sensitivities, etc. A person needs a truly healthy gut microbiome for the precursors to be of use and I don't know many people like that anymore.

Oh yes, sorry I forgot you had mentioned this once before too.

Yeah then your case is exceptional. Do what's working for you. I will keep it in mind to not push NMN and NR on you in the future. Sorry about that. πŸ™‚

@pep_researcher Ah, it's okay, not a problem, unless I have to keep repeating it to a Dr. or nurse, which has happened. (Can be idiots and scary.) I'd love to be taking oral supps and can't even add up all the $$$$$ I've spent on them, only to no effect. Very disheartening.

Wow! They still have some? When I checked last night those were the only 2 left. I guess its not as popular as some of the others. I'm guessing that most will say "I'll just do reta in place of tirz".

Peptidology carries Survodutide as well and I think they are soon going to have Mazdutide too. I think I saw Mazdutide in their newsletter as to be arriving soon.

                                Peptira carries Survodutide too.

add 5amino 1mq and Cardarine and you'll torch fat away.

I started Survo 3 weeks ago and cravings for sugar just starting to subside. Might want to consider backing down the dose a bit. While there is a protocol that you're in line with, if sugar is a big thing for you (and is for me too), you're getting a heafy glucose release from the liver that can be very obnoxious. It could be weeks or even months before it stops. Depends on the glucagon hit. I backed down to 1 or 1.25 and it helped quite a bit. (I love dark chocolate, lemon, maple, coconut... pretty much ALL of it!) Don't be in a hurry with the Survo.
