Telomere check is also my research plan 👍 Already have established telomere baseline, so longer on next test (in approx 6 months) = the Epitalon worked.

To add another data point, I happened to do 10mg daily for 20 days. As noted, no one knows. I felt fine and feel fine.

we just parterned with a testing company thats dirt cheap https://peptidecritic.com/lab-tests/ulta-bloodwork

Im on the road so i have to check what theyre calling the telomere length test but you absolutely should do it before and after on your rat.

@Randy I checked Ulta and the other lab providers and couldn’t find it. I did see some companies that do just this testing for 250-300. FlowFish, PSC, Spectra, a couple others.

I have a similar reconstitution question to what I asked in the SS-31 thread: for reconstituting 10mg vials where you are injecting basically the entire vial, is only using .200 ml or a little more ok rather than using 1ml+? I am just not sure if you would get the peptide to dissolve completely and/or there would be irritation or absorption issues due to the concentration.

          Thanks.

Just got my TruDiagnostic Advanced TruAge report results yesterday, includes telomeres. This is one month after Epithalon course, so better results to come in later this year, in theory:

@Randy hey Jeff, i do alot of BW, once a month.

The typical stuff when checking test, Hemocratic, ferritin, IGF

Whats the best option to choose in your vendor.

                Thanks

@diegoc i just pick and choose what my veterinarian tells me to depending on what im researching. I wont pretend to be some expert on reading bloodwork or panels. There are much better experts on the subject.

Tbh, I am suffering analysis paralysis choosing between vendors. I reckon I will pick one, but I like that function supposedly tells you what it means and can refer you.

Sadly, the two YouTube personalities I’ve reached out to who have related businesses in this space are much better at making videos than running a business.

@ResearchCat hey buddy, listen that is common in us men, but just do it.

                      However document your goals.

Do your research on Frequency and Dosing

As for the vendors, man there are alot of good ones that are pretty trust worthy.

Mile High are good and add the peptide critic discount

@randy @researchcat @diegoc I've stacked Epi & Pinealon for 20 days previously as a suggestion but didn't really know much about it. A few months prior I researched a 30 day cycle of Pinealon. Pinealon was fantastic for improved sleep, energy, mood, etc.

I've seen suggestions only to research Epi or Pinealon maybe 2-3 times a year. I know they can be used together, but what if you wanted to research and get a benefit from them separately? If someone has any information or can point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated. My rat has central sleep apnea and gets less than 3 hrs of real sleep each night, even with being 33, 6ft, 180 lbs, active & healthy.

Ps. I've researched DSIP and the only thing it really did was more intense dreams.

My epitalon research was specifically focused on longevity, so I can’t speak to sleep changes except to say that I have not noticed changes due to this or any other peptide research. My sleep is generally better, but I have also stopped drinking alcohol (mostly) and am going to bed earlier and cutting off digital garbage beforehand, making it hard to attribute.

Most of the longevity focused research in humans indicates running a 10-20 day cycle once or twice a year, not constant maintenance. Sorry I can’t be much help for your interest.

Edit: If I am being honest, quitting a p2w mobile game and associated reduced stress is probably the biggest contributor to my increased sleep quality. (It also frees up lots of money for research. 😉 )

                            ...have you tried pinealon?

I discovered that one a few years back. Prior to that i needed a handful of melatonin gummies or Ambien to sleep. I haven't needed it since.
