Klotho / FLGR242 (albumin-bound new tech)
-
@diegoc yup got caught out on all fronts lol resumed gluta, nac/tudca are running also, and ill take a couple days off before follow up for good measure
-
@Stones67 im a seasoned vet at this point lol a little pip or bump ain't gonna scare me off easy

-
@peptidepete I've been eyeing Klotho as well... any of your findings would be most interesting

@diegoc
Ha. She's Norwegian and didn't mind the more "well fed" dad bod of old! LOL. (Got my BF down to 12.9% on July's dexa and am never going back.) I'm not leaving her out of the game either. Reta, Klotho, and slim assist are performing quite nicely for her research as well. Love your thread bud. -

Apologies for blank post. I bought the flgr to try it. Planning on 100 mcg for 2 weeks and 200 for 4 weeks. Running Reta/Tirz combo, Tesa/ipa combo, Klow.
Have Ara290 in the queue. Waiting to finish Epi/Pine and SS31/Mots C courses before FLGR

@Mr-Smurf
That should be enough to get some veins popping. Its what most of us noticed first. -
@mmp just my opinion. I wouldn’t waste FLGR if you cant go to the gym, your better off using GH and Test only, with Reta.
Save that precious stuff when you can commit to 3x a week atleast, well thats just me, even if its push ups, burpies and pullups
@diegoc Diego I'm starting Slim Assist 2mg this week and hitting my Tonal hard. Will dedicate at least 3x a week to it and cut down on cardio/running. Just wanted to confirm with you again that 2mg to 2.5mg 1x a week is the way to go to start out? After a few months go to 5mg 1x a week or 2.5mg 2x a week? And do this for 6 months? My goal is to get as shredded as you are in your pictures.

@Stones67
Daily, I use Peppedia to track, Klow 4mgd, Tesa/ IPA 1,3 mg/d (was 2,6), Reta 250mcg and Tirz 2.5mg 2x/wk.Background, lost 80 pounds in last year added 10 pounds of muscle. Bragging, I can bench my weight and do 10 pull-ups. Feel outstanding. Also forgot, NAD+ 50 mg/d
Had 2 heart attacks 5 years ago and doc was managing my decline. Went from stage 3 congestive heart failure, stage 3b kidney failure, lung function at 50% severe gout to where I’m at now in better shape than when I was 30.

@JoeC
Feels good to feel young again huh? Your approach is similar to what my startup was in terms of dosing. If memory serves it was 1.25 mg total for weeks 1 and 2- in a 5d on 2d off schedule. Then 2.5mg for weeks 3 and beyond until I moved to 5mg weekly. Someone posted a nice graph, upthread, a month or two ago showing dose accumulation (weekly v daily) over time based on albumin kinetics. You end up in roughly the same spot eventually. You do you cuz there doesn't seem to be a wrong way! -

@denti Oh brother to be transparent on FLGR, I only purchased it but I seriously haven’t done the deep dive research. This is @peptidepete thread and he has all the experience.
Im sure we can get all the latest testing he has done and updated protocols.
I do take Klotho

Thank y’all!
I was projected to not make it past 65, now I believe I’ll see 80 God willing. I’m working with a concierge group called VOAfit. I feel I need to have someone looking over my shoulder. I keep telling folks, I’m the rat. Btw, this is my first post here

@JoeC Joe I had 1 heart attack at the age of 41 with 2 stents, so your goals in the longevity are the same as mine.

Yummy my favorite meal. Lol
To be honest everything I put in my mouth is accounted for.
Pre work out is 1cup of Fairlife 2% ultra filtered milk, 3/4 scoop grass fed protein powder, 2 shots of coffee with 1tsp of raw honey. This is a cold vanilla latte with protein.
In a bowl 1 banana, 2 dates with 1tsp honey
After workout
2 versions 1 with milk and 1 with coconut water.
Shake, with 1scoop protein powder, 1 banana, honey and a Date. Gud stuff.1 hour later my breakfast mainly eggs and ground beef
