@randy how long were you intending to run 5-amino-1mq at 25mg?

Update- I moved to 25mg subq as @randy did, noticed no difference. However some weeks ago I added oral 5-Amino PM on top of my AM subq. Can't find factual research in regards to subq being bioavailable/efficacious (some say it is not), therefore hedging my bets. Frustrating. If someone finds reliable info (not a YT influencer...lol) please post and reference? TIA! At the moment, I plan to be on it indefinitely due to the NAD+ recycling benefits, love my NAD.

@randy what concentration where you using for researching 5-amino-1mq at 25mg and 50mg doses?

I'm pinning 5mg daily in the AM but it sounds like that is very conservative compared to the Veterans here. I'll bump it up for a couple weeks to see what I've been missing out on.

@PeptideEd 3.2 ml into 285mg for one cartridge. Get a mild ISR sometimes but its the batch you sterility tested so its likely the concentration.

@Randy I'm a little confused. I'd have presumed this was five vials reconstituted with 3.2ml for a cartridge... but whether I use the average of the values from the Janoshik or AnalyticsSolutions testing... I get more in the neighborhood of 277mg for five vials... how did you get to 285 mg?

Also... 285mg/3.2 ml ~= 89mg/ml ... or 8.9mg per 10 units ... that makes 25mg ~ 28 units (which is kind of a strange number). Am I understanding you correctly?

for the 5th vial ive been throwing in a 65 overfill from another batch I'm trying to exhaust. I round up to 30. We are always going to have a +/- 5% on fills so I'm not terribly concerned about absolute accuracy. especially with 5amino and i want it all in one cart

@randy Makes sense 🙂 I'm also with you on team 'round up to 30'. Its important to understand how far to take precision.
