5-Amino-1MQ Research

@PeptideEd 3.2 ml into 285mg for one cartridge. Get a mild ISR sometimes but its the batch you sterility tested so its likely the concentration.
@Randy I'm a little confused. I'd have presumed this was five vials reconstituted with 3.2ml for a cartridge... but whether I use the average of the values from the Janoshik or AnalyticsSolutions testing... I get more in the neighborhood of 277mg for five vials... how did you get to 285 mg?
Also... 285mg/3.2 ml ~= 89mg/ml ... or 8.9mg per 10 units ... that makes 25mg ~ 28 units (which is kind of a strange number). Am I understanding you correctly?

for the 5th vial ive been throwing in a 65 overfill from another batch I'm trying to exhaust. I round up to 30. We are always going to have a +/- 5% on fills so I'm not terribly concerned about absolute accuracy. especially with 5amino and i want it all in one cart

I follow up with this question. You got me interested in 5-AMINO-1MQ, but I would prefer a capsule form, it seems like a lot of milligrams to inject. But does it work orally, and is it effective as 50 mg pill I can see for sale?
Also, what would be a good source? I see it here for $129, I wonder if it can be trusted.

My research comes back that oral is "partially" bioavailble, specific percent unknown. As a pinned small molecule, it bypasses the liver ergo 100% (essentially) bioavailable. So even though I could do with fewer daily pins I choose not to compromise for convenience and I pin. No biggie.
I bought 10 NEXAPH kits a while back.

@PeptidePete sources even only list it as "oral", so I guess, there should be something behind it?
https://www.mypeptidematch.com/peptides/5-amino-1mq
https://peptidebase.io/peptides/5-amino-1mq
Also, there is a financial aspect, as even Nexaph has it over $200 for 50mg kit, while you can buy 60 500 mg capsules for this money. -

Pasted below from your link. Come on man? This is why I trust no one's research other than my own.

@peptidepete which batch?

@PeptidePete As fate would have it... I had that batch tested... came back clean, figured you'd like the additional peace of mind

@PeptidePete Do you have better sources, please? I pasted those to demonstrate that "oral" route is mentioned first relative to this molecule, possibly from the available research, but the evidence is weak. No safety studies, no human studies that I see. I wonder if there is more data somewhere on it.

You are a fine gentleman to share that with me...lol
Thank you!I'm sure the person from the other thread is going to post how I am killing myself with these kits because Finnrick said NEXAPH was pure poison. Or overfilled. Or something...hehe
I KNOW it's overfilled. I am THRILLED it is overfilled. Jeez Louise

As alluded to up-thread I do not. That's the problem, we don't know absent a PK study. In lieu of that, I feel no choice but to err on the side of pinning it. Small molecules, as this is, are usually very amenable to 100% bioavailability with pinning. Bypassing the liver gives me more efficacy and keep my liver happier...lol

@PeptidePete it's tempting to try. The mechanistic argumentation is simple and understood. Some people would say the oral route is safer than subq, but what you say also a good argument. Isn't it the wild west of biomedicine? But there is no "Save"/"Reload" functionality in my body.

@randy I'm hearing you don't need to refrigerate 5 amino after you reconstitute, and then I hear it has to be in the fridge...what's your take on this?

@Bellaluca5675 there is a company called Heavy amino, they make their 5 amino from raw powder not from lipolyzed vials. Heavy does not recommend refrigerating their product. were lipolyzed vials from china or every other vendor do require refrigerating the vials after being reconst. hope this helps, I had a long discussion with Heavy before purchasing their product.

actually - from what i gathered, and to be specific - I was talking about 2000mg in a 20ml vial / what I've heard is its so concentrated that it gets chunky in the fridge. but 3ml/50mg vials should be refrigerated
