    Thanks Melissa,
Please let me know how that goes for you guys, by coming back here if you would! I would love to know.
The capsules did absolutely nothing for me - so maybe it’s good you didn’t order them?

i have it on order from Chimera right now for my husband. I think we will try the Trevor method to reconstitute but I have seen people just use BAC water so idk...will be an experiment. he should have just ordered the pills, no confusion that way

When on HGH or Tesa, what is a target igf level for max effectiveness? I know it is somewhat age dependent, but what level would be optimal for say some 40 and then someone 50?

Conservative sweet spot to maintain anti-aging while also balancing side effect concerns/cancer would be 180 - 220. At that range you're going to get all the benefits including improved sleep quality, tissue repair, healing, immune system function, while also minimizing risks. This range is applicable for all adults really. It would be a little in the low end for a growing adolescent, but for a full grown adult of all ages this is the level you're looking for.

If you're above that naturally good for you, I wouldn't worry about it unless it's way beyond the top range and you're experiencing side effects.

You're not going to see drastic changes in muscle mass/fat loss at that level, you're going to need to do the work to get that, but you're also going to put the side effect/cancer risk at that level to extremely minimal.

The real drastic changes you see with people on GH in terms of size come with levels in the 400 - 500 range. Personally I would not be comfortable long term pushing levels that high, the risk/reward ratio IMO is just not worth it.

I’m a 60 yo female (I feel like I’m 40, for real) Peptides & BHRT are AWESOME! I was considering trying 1-2 iu of HGH (having read about all the benefits) but then I measured my igf-1 and it was 236. So, now I’m second-guessing myself and thinking that I probably shouldn’t with it that high. 🤷‍♀️ What would you do if that was your test result? I DID try a vial of CJC/ipa, but that was like 18 months ago so I don’t think it’s affecting me now. I’m intrigued by the fact that you said even taking HGH didn’t raise your levels much. 🤔

Try buying some glycine powder (I like it in the loose powder form so I can put it in tea or whatever I’m drinking.). Add 2-3grams to a drink every late afternoon or in the evenings.
It’s not a knockout potion, but glycine really relaxes your body & is good for you in other ways (we only really get glycine in our diets if we gnaw on sinew or bone, which nobody does anymore). It’s a great amino acid and there’s no downside in my opinion. I think glycine, lemon balm tea and maybe some l-theanine capsules may be helpful. My sleep is on point, but I’ve been working on it for several years. I’ve noticed that nothing helps in the very short term, other than maybe an antihistamine (and those sure have a lot of downsides!) but consistent use of some of the items I mentioned really does start to help, over time.

Hi everyone. I am an almost 60 year-old female who has been researching and using peptides for about four years. I now have 4 different members of my family taking peptides at my direction (mostly SQ) and they are all experiencing really good effects. I spend a lot of my time researching and learning. I’m here to learn more, and also already benefitted from the group. for finding good quality peptides at lower cost. Very grateful to the community, and happy to participate!

Anybody know a good place to source this in a VIAL? Tried 3 bottles of oral tablets and… nothing. 🤷‍♀️ I know it doesn’t dissolve well with bac water. I’m THINKING I may try the “couple drops of DMSO” first thing. (Trevor B).

Kinda cringing but really kinda want to try it. Not really asking for opinions, unless you’ve had a terrible experience you want to share, that will dissuade me. Mostly just interested in where to get the stuff, pref with 3rd party testing. Anyone?

Thanks Randy, I was pretty wary about the DMSO, but really got nothing from the capsules. Maybe I’ll just stand by, until more people talk about trying it.
Can’t imagine GH. IPA/CJC made me ravenously hungry, at low doses. 😬
It’s not that I have a ton of weight to lose - maybe 5lb? Just wanting to be my best. I’ll stick with my microdose Reta & 5A1MQ, I guess. 🤷‍♀️
    Thx for everything!

A few of the vendors in the grey zone have it from time to time.

Injecting DMSO is a bad idea. Allergic reactions abound. Injecting SLU-PP-332 is very new. No real data on it other than some bro science.

One of the best lipolytic agents we have is GH fasted am...chimera may or many not have it 😉

I can tell you about my experience with it. I wear an Oura ring and so it tracks my deep sleep as well as my REM sleep and total sleep. I did not start with as high dose as you did. Instead of 500mcg (1/2 mg) I started out much lower at 100 mcg (0.1mg). And I certainly didn’t do it every night. I tried three times a week and I think I’m now eventually settled on twice a week.
Does it help with sleep? I think it definitely does, in the long run… Just not the night that you inject it. What I have noticed is that when I inject it, that night I may not get as much sleep, and even less deep sleep than normal. But then one to two days later I do experience longer total sleep and longer deep sleep. It’s like there’s a delay of 1 to 2 days after injecting it to get your body to respond to what you did. And again, like someone else said, it’s definitely the lower doses that are effective. Just something to consider.
