@CapmanCrunch
No, I have not done any of that (too skeered still to source directly from chi-nah). However, ordered some P21 (Skye) and I’ve had my dad (85yo) use it.
Very subjective… But I do think it’s helping him cognitively, and I’m going to continue to have him use the P21 every few months, just because it feels safer to me, for him. -CM

DSIP - Sleep Help@BeeKind
Try buying some glycine powder (I like it in the loose powder form so I can put it in tea or whatever I’m drinking.). Add 2-3grams to a drink every late afternoon or in the evenings.
It’s not a knockout potion, but glycine really relaxes your body & is good for you in other ways (we only really get glycine in our diets if we gnaw on sinew or bone, which nobody does anymore). It’s a great amino acid and there’s no downside in my opinion. I think glycine, lemon balm tea and maybe some l-theanine capsules may be helpful. My sleep is on point, but I’ve been working on it for several years. I’ve noticed that nothing helps in the very short term, other than maybe an antihistamine (and those sure have a lot of downsides!) but consistent use of some of the items I mentioned really does start to help, over time. -
DSIP - Sleep Help@BeeKind
I can tell you about my experience with it. I wear an Oura ring and so it tracks my deep sleep as well as my REM sleep and total sleep. I did not start with as high dose as you did. Instead of 500mcg (1/2 mg) I started out much lower at 100 mcg (0.1mg). And I certainly didn’t do it every night. I tried three times a week and I think I’m now eventually settled on twice a week.
Does it help with sleep? I think it definitely does, in the long run… Just not the night that you inject it. What I have noticed is that when I inject it, that night I may not get as much sleep, and even less deep sleep than normal. But then one to two days later I do experience longer total sleep and longer deep sleep. It’s like there’s a delay of 1 to 2 days after injecting it to get your body to respond to what you did. And again, like someone else said, it’s definitely the lower doses that are effective. Just something to consider. -
HGH 191AA@CapmanCrunch Thanks for writing about your experience, I appreciate it. I had a diabetic cat and was trying to tightly regulate him, but it was very difficult even on basically a 100% protein diet. So I know it can be very difficult. I’m really glad that peptides have helped you feel much better, which has been my experience as well. I think I’m going to hold off until I read a lot more about other people’s experiences with HGH … I’d love to just get all the benefits, but I don’t want to explore it yet without knowing all the possible downsides. Thanks again!

HGH 191AA@Randy
When on HGH or Tesa, what is a target igf level for max effectiveness? I know it is somewhat age dependent, but what level would be optimal for say some 40 and then someone 50?Conservative sweet spot to maintain anti-aging while also balancing side effect concerns/cancer would be 180 - 220. At that range you're going to get all the benefits including improved sleep quality, tissue repair, healing, immune system function, while also minimizing risks. This range is applicable for all adults really. It would be a little in the low end for a growing adolescent, but for a full grown adult of all ages this is the level you're looking for.
If you're above that naturally good for you, I wouldn't worry about it unless it's way beyond the top range and you're experiencing side effects.
You're not going to see drastic changes in muscle mass/fat loss at that level, you're going to need to do the work to get that, but you're also going to put the side effect/cancer risk at that level to extremely minimal.
The real drastic changes you see with people on GH in terms of size come with levels in the 400 - 500 range. Personally I would not be comfortable long term pushing levels that high, the risk/reward ratio IMO is just not worth it.
@commander and @randy
I’m a 60 yo female (I feel like I’m 40, for real) Peptides & BHRT are AWESOME! I was considering trying 1-2 iu of HGH (having read about all the benefits) but then I measured my igf-1 and it was 236. So, now I’m second-guessing myself and thinking that I probably shouldn’t with it that high.
️ What would you do if that was your test result? I DID try a vial of CJC/ipa, but that was like 18 months ago so I don’t think it’s affecting me now. I’m intrigued by the fact that you said even taking HGH didn’t raise your levels much.

Where do you source the PRL, please? Thank you! -
SLU-PP-332 (inj)@Randy said
How much 5am are you researching? Im on 25mg at the moment.
Hey Randy,
Sorry, didn’t see your reply. Hubby has surgery last week, and I’m just coming up for air. I’m taking it super easy on 5A1MQ - at about 1.5 mg twice a day. Going up slowly but prob wont go over 10mg daily. I think the higher doses were supposed to be for oral preparations, and I’ve heard of people getting pretty good results at the lower doses. I’m always erring on the side of going kinda low. (eg, currently 1mg Epitalon before bed, and I only do 20-30 days twice a year).
Just my thoughts…

SLU-PP-332 (inj)Thanks Melissa,
Please let me know how that goes for you guys, by coming back here if you would! I would love to know.
The capsules did absolutely nothing for me - so maybe it’s good you didn’t order them?
CM@melissasutton said in SLU-PP-332 (inj):
i have it on order from Chimera right now for my husband. I think we will try the Trevor method to reconstitute but I have seen people just use BAC water so idk...will be an experiment. he should have just ordered the pills, no confusion that way

SLU-PP-332 (inj)Thanks Randy, I was pretty wary about the DMSO, but really got nothing from the capsules. Maybe I’ll just stand by, until more people talk about trying it.
Can’t imagine GH. IPA/CJC made me ravenously hungry, at low doses.
It’s not that I have a ton of weight to lose - maybe 5lb? Just wanting to be my best. I’ll stick with my microdose Reta & 5A1MQ, I guess.
️
Thx for everything!@Randy said in SLU-PP-332 (inj):
A few of the vendors in the grey zone have it from time to time.
Injecting DMSO is a bad idea. Allergic reactions abound. Injecting SLU-PP-332 is very new. No real data on it other than some bro science.
One of the best lipolytic agents we have is GH fasted am...chimera may or many not have it

-
SLU-PP-332 (inj)Anybody know a good place to source this in a VIAL? Tried 3 bottles of oral tablets and… nothing.
️ I know it doesn’t dissolve well with bac water. I’m THINKING I may try the “couple drops of DMSO” first thing. (Trevor B).Kinda cringing but really kinda want to try it. Not really asking for opinions, unless you’ve had a terrible experience you want to share, that will dissuade me. Mostly just interested in where to get the stuff, pref with 3rd party testing. Anyone?

Peptide blendsWow. That’s a lot of steps. I don’t mind using insulin syringes (at all). Do you feel this is safer? What is the filter removing?

@beachfun said in Peptide blends:
@CMEffie17 So here goes, I don’t like needles from syringes going into my skin. The injection pens are amazing for easy injections and looking at my needle bin, Ive been doing a lot. After reconstituting the dissolved peptide, draw it back into the 3ml syringe, remove that needle, screw on the 13mm filter, push on firmly a new 30g-.5” Luer Loc needle, now you are ready to filter your gray market peptide. I then take a 3ml pen cartridge, wipe the top with alcohol pad and take another 30g needle holding the open end with the pad while inserting it shallow on the edge as a breather. Push the filtered syringe into the pen cartridge slowly and then remove all the needles. Install the pen cartridge into a pen, wipe end and install a 33gX5/32” pen needle.
For a 50 unit push of NAD+ in my glutes I love the Gansulin pen as it is a simple button to push. The other pens are good but you are pushing with your finger.
Jeff made a video on Youtube but hope that helps.
V4 pens $40 Gansulin $160 pen cartridge $3 filter $3 3ml syringe with 2 addl. needles with pads $3. Piece of mind and convenience $Priceless!!!
Thank you for your service… -
Peptide blendsNo! I’ll watch it. I do use filter needles for ampoules. But not for anything else (yet?). TY for the link!
@MyB said in Peptide blends:
@cmeffie17 filter needles are best used only for glass snap top ampoules since they are only 5 micron.
Have you seen Randy and Jeff’s video on filtering?

Peptide blendsHey, quick question since I’m new here, and just looking around. I’m a retired military Pharmacy technician so I’ve done a ton of stuff with vials and needles my entire life. I’ve been in the peptide world for about four years and I agree with everything everybody saying here about Trevor B. Although I have watched a ton of his videos, enough to form some pretty good opinions.
Anyhoo! My question relates to what you say about filtering all your peptides. That is something I have not come across before and I wonder about the reason for it. Do you use a filter needle when drawing them up, or do you do something else? I’m just genuinely curious and trying to learn!
TIA for any info!
CE@beachfun said in Peptide blends:
@Randy Well, I can tell you that I appreciate your expertise in this research. I love your peptide directory that brings accountability with testing, not just purity but how much is in a vial. I have been diluting a little extra while starting out and will always filter my peptides. My wife asked me tonight how I know they are pure. I was able to explain how you show to verify the tests with reputable labs that actually verify batches with pictures of the colored caps.
I think I am able to teach the clinic what you are teaching me on the research end.
The money Trevor is charging is disgusting and I understand why you feel the way you do. -
New member, from central ColoradoHi everyone. I am an almost 60 year-old female who has been researching and using peptides for about four years. I now have 4 different members of my family taking peptides at my direction (mostly SQ) and they are all experiencing really good effects. I spend a lot of my time researching and learning. I’m here to learn more, and also already benefitted from the group. for finding good quality peptides at lower cost. Very grateful to the community, and happy to participate!
