@randy hi Randy and Jeff. Hope you guys are well/ forgive me if this is the wrong thread to ask this, but can you help explain to a learning newb how yall are verifying that Nexaph and Ezpeptides are synthesizing in the US, as oppose to just warehousing? I struggled to explain to another fellow researcher. The TG groups even ran Cain’s videos pinned through a bit of AI and it came out that a lot of factors (materials and equipment used) are of US origin. Thanks in advance.

Hi thanks for this. I was wondering how the pricing mechanism works? For example some of the prices for tesamorelin per Mg is way less than is actually being sold on their website.

I like pictures of vials as an added risk mitigation when vetting potential vendors and sources. I also like how places like Nexaph help foster a super active community on TG that handle 3rd party testing.

I am on 8 weeks of Tesa, and definitely feeling the much better sleep… my dexa has been positive with visceral fat numbers down . I am waiting on my next IGF-1 test in the next month after baselines plus Z score (this would be 12 weeks since starting the protocol) along with fasting labs and full metabolic panel. I am also on tirz, but the medical literature says that tesa can also increase insulin, glucose and A1C so I want it to be balanced…

Hey friends, @randy might have opined on this also, but curious to hear what others think. I saw another video that nightly tesamorelin might be impacted for those taking Tirz or Reta due to slowed gastric emptying, meaning that folks are not as truly fasted and still carrying heavier insulin when they poke before bed.
I like Tesamorelin/ipa at nights due to restful and deeper sleep (even with toddlers), but I am on tirz and try to have my last bite 3 hours before bed. Not sure if eating dinner 4 hrs before is doable..
Curious to hear your thoughts about a morning routine instead? For you morning folks, do you just wait at least 30 mins before a pre workout? I was gonna try Tesa at night and Cjc in the morning but might be reconsidering this to not have duplicative secretagogues at the same time. Ty!

For Tirz, assuming it’s pharma 503b grade (different water for injection and solution, but bear with me here)is it safe to assume that it stays pretty well situated in the fridge (assuming it’s not being degraded by light) for at least 61 days if we are to assume the first day is the Best use date/ BUD? Curious because I’ve heard people use meds way past BUD date and swore it’s ok

My research specimen is currently on 7mg Tirz, and still seeing progressive results- 235lbs to 198lbs in 3 months. Also taking tesamorelin and glow stack.

Few questions: 1. Of these two, which one might be better considering the other peptides, (leaning towards survo) 2. Any RUO companies here that you may recommend 3. What might be good testing for survo maz to ensure healthy baseline monitoring? Assuming same as other GLP GIP Glucagon agonists?

Admin pls forgive if I’m breaking the rules here. Not really sure where else to post this question. Loved Randy Research Rat’s vid on What’s Really in Your Peptide Vial. I was wondering if there was a way to filter vendors that have local production here in the USA with GMP facilities? So far I saw that Alpha Biomed, Paramount Pep, maybe even EZ Peptides (lyophilize) in the US. Also what do you consider US made processing, is it final synthesis or just the lyophilize part of the process? I understand that a majority of the APIs come from china or overseas and we have COAs and reviews to help create level of comfort. Thank you!
