After about 4-5 weeks I noticed skin improvements and hair growth in areas that were receding. Biggest difference is raised purple surgery scars from years ago went back to normal color and are now completely flush! This stuff works awesome. I research daily for 6 weeks at a time w/ a 50/10/10 glow blend at 3mg per injection which breaks down to 1700mcg of GHk-cu and 340mcg ea of bpc157 and tb500

I’d love to see @randy run his next batch of testing on research grade Tesa, so we can finally see if it stays potent for a few weeks after reconstitution and if being in the fridge or room temp really matters (pretty please)?

lol just a bunch of trial and error. Mostly error. I’ll have grok help me make an image and if I’m lucky with my prompts I can have it dice up images by color without changing the original image. So I’ll turn an image into 3 or 4 layers and print one at a time. I like Randy’s labels 100x more than mine but I’m just working with what I’ve got. Also if you use any programs like "snag it" it helps to dice up images.

  • SS-31 (Elamipretide) — Research Dosing Protocol
    MacLeeezyM MacLeeezy

Hey good Afternoon. I have a 10pack of 50mg SS31 on the way to research with. This is about 14 vials short of being able to complete this protocol.

I am looking to do a miniature version of this and would appreciate any feedback from the community on if you think this will work well given my limited supplies or if I’m titrating up too quickly:

    Weeks 1-3: 4mg Daily
    Weeks 4-6: 8mg Daily
    Weeks 7-9: 25mg 3 times per week

    Thanks!

@AnRick yeah I think so. I do not have a specific internet source I can personally recommend. A good friend of mine has a great source and I place orders through him. There are tons of reviews here on the site to steer you in the right direction.

  • Going for Cartalax Over Wolverine First & Will See If Problems Resolve
    MacLeeezyM MacLeeezy

@vpeptides thanks. I’m on day 3 of subq, and wow the placebo effect is strong in this one. I’ve had 3 knee surgeries on my left knee in the last 12 months (2 of them were more on the major side) to salvage a bad knee. Among other things it included an ACL replacement, MACi cartilage replacements in two spots, and a donor maniscus transplant. So I’m working real hard to rehab and get back to sports etc. it had been hurting pretty substantially last week. 3 days into the protocol, cartalax taken right before bed every night, plus bpc157 in the morning and KLOW in the evening and I’d say pain is down 60+ %. So effective this far in such a short duration that I’m convinced it’s just placebo at this point. But I’ll gladly take placebo if I think I feel better lol

Same. Not saying I am right or wrong here, but just sharing my experience. I refrigerate my reconstituted Tesa that has been acquired through 3 different sources with my own testing confirming it is indeed legit and had never had any of it gel. I only use hospira BAC though. I’ve known people with at least one of the same sources that used their BAC(not hospira) and it did in fact gel in the fridge

@Stan-Douglas I’m going to start this Friday, and do an almost identical protocol with a grand total of 30mg. For funsies, I had my testosterone checked yesterday and I’m going to check it again in 6-8 weeks. In the mice studies it nearly doubled the test in old mice. Besides hair fullness and the potential to slow down graying hair I’m personally not sure how to test results.

    According to Grok:
    Practical Testing Approaches
Here are common methods users and clinicians in longevity contexts use or discuss:

    1. Blood Biomarkers (Most Accessible):
      • Inflammation/SASP markers: hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, IL-1β. Senolytics often aim to lower chronic “inflammaging.”
      • Senescence-related: p16^INK4a expression in peripheral blood T-cells (emerging biomarker), GDF-15, osteopontin, or other SASP factors. Some labs/research settings measure these.
      • Hormones: Total/free testosterone (mouse data showed improvements in aged testes via reduced local senescence). Also consider IGF-1 or others.
      • General panels: Comprehensive metabolic panel, liver/kidney function (e.g., AST, creatinine), oxidative stress markers.
      • Timing: Baseline before a cycle, then 2–4 weeks after, and possibly 1–3 months later. Effects may take weeks to months to appear.
