I used 2 mL Bac water and 5 mL saline to make a nasal spray with 10mg of Semax. Haven't had any issues with burning. I did start with one spray and now use two sprays in the morning and still no issues. Seems to work great.

I started with 1 mg x3 days per week, pre-workout, increasing 1mg per week. Worked up to 5mg and loved it. Have since backed down to 4mg x 3 ad still works great, so will likely stick here for the 8 week cycle. I say find your sweet spot and stick with that. Everyone gets hung up on what is supposed to be the protocol, but I think everyone should just do what works for you.

Hello, Glad to have found this site. I am a 52 YO male in good shape, but needing to shed some body fat. I started Semaglutide through an online provider nearly 2 years ago. I lost 35 pounds, but unfortunately did not strength train and lost 15 pounds of muscle. Have now been strength training regularly for the last year, but putting muscle on has been challenging. Switched to Reta two weeks ago and started Tesamorelin. Loving the Reta so far! Will be switching from Tesa to Ipa and CJC soon, as Tesa is just too costly. Glad to have found such a great community. Looking forward to learning and researching more.

I started with 25mg twice a week, then bumped to 50mg and now I am up to 100mg 2-3 times per week. Only on days I am not using MOTS-C. The sting hasn't been horrible for me, more like a mild burning itch, but goes away after 2-4 hours. The last vial I diluted with 2ml Bac, and no worse sting for me.

@Commander just a preference. Never tried them together. Might have to try them on the same day to see how it goes.

Only pep I have injected IM in my RS is Glutathione, but just used an insulin needle in the thigh. Have thought about doing some others this way. I have heard a few YouTube and Podcasters talk about injecting all their peptides IM. I do my TRT IM in my thigh, doesn't really hurt, but putting a 1 inch 25g needle IM does take a bit getting used to. Don't know that I would do any peptides with a higher gauge needle like that, just use an insulin needle on lean body parts.

I have been looking at Superpower too, might try them out after my Function membership is up. Did look at Rythm, they have great prices, but have seen a few on Reddit post that the results on Rhythm varied pretty greatly from other well known labs, but that is Reddit posts, so take that for what its worth.
