    @Newenough they just declare bankruptcy and start the business under a new name. The whole thing is for the media attention and to try and pressure regulators. The next presidential election will be huge it’s regulation v common sense. This administration will thumb their nose at Lilly now they have a lot of politicians in their pocket so the next cycle will be massive for peptides. We have a 2 year window where not much will change

    I kinda agree. If Lilly can prove the "RUO" designation was a known fiction designed solely to illegally distribute an unapproved drug, and trying to hide behind an LLC shield, a judge could likely rule that the company was being used to promote the fraud, which is a primary trigger for piercing the corporate veil. Making the owners personally responsible.

    @Newenough The money they must have minted from it makes it all worth it. Plus these are just peptides not hard drugs with regulatory prohibitions. So people take their chances and end up building mansions. 😂

    Possible, but if they can prove damages (compensatory and punitive), plus attorney fees, they could lose all that and then some. If Eli is looking for scalps, they'll get them. If nothing else, to prove a point.

    Not sure how they were getting away with it in the first place. It not an FDA Green Listed product.

    Do they finish stateside because of some import controls on the API's? If they're raw's they get a pass? Trying to understand the advantage to being lypholized here vs China.

    @sophie Mark with LKZ Peptides told me last week they just got it in, and QSC has it as well. I can get you a TG on both if needed.

    @quicksilver80 LOL... so I signed up on the Meso forum. Wow... that place is CRAZY! I could feel the jacked energy through my screen. Had 3 dudes telling me what I should do and change immediately... without even asking why I was there or what my goal was. LOL . Crazy place.

    Got my Test. results back. ugh. Total 179, Free+SHGB+LH is all messed up. So i definitely need to do something, just havent decided what yet.

    Still only have found QSC for grey supply. If any of you have another option I would appreciate a message or DM.

    @jtcjeff I sent you a DM.

    @nuncles for sure. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but if the peptides caused the liver damage why haven't there been lab test released pointing to that, and what was actually in the vials? Again, unless I missed that. Otherwise, as it was bio similar to the real Reta and caused liver damage Eli Lilly has problems then.

    I kinda see both sides here. We all want good BAC because we know bad BAC does weird shit. They know this. We're asking them to provide us a good quality product, but require them to back that guarantee up, even with potentially shitty water? I know you and I only uses the finest top shelf water! But I bet WE aren't the problem. But, it's not like he can make an exception for PC members...well, maybe he should!

    @falc I just remembered that I picked up a home test kit called Roidtest, was like $25, that provides a positive result, and type of Test (c, s, etc) based on color. But doesn't give Sterility of course.

    @jtcjeff @researchcat I'll look into that, thanks. Currently a full panel of ordered labs only cost me a $30 copay. I'll just hang for now, feel great even on the 60mg.

    @falc after 6 months I wanted to get new blood work drawn, and they said no, we'll do I it in September. Wth? For once I WANTED to get it done and they said no? Tracey's pretty proud of his stuff, and they've been doing it a while. Take it for what it's worth. Problem is you cannot send it to a lab, at least not in the US. Janoshik yes, here no. Not unless it goes through the DEA, and the lab is approved by them to accept it. That's my understanding.

    @imemphis18 dose dependent of course. I'm doing 60mg per week to start, so the compounded 200mg 1 ml vials last little over 3 weeks. The 2500mg 10ml viles will last 41 weeks each. But, after my first blood work I'll likely go to 100mg per week. They just wanted to start me low and slow. I get that.

  • research for genetic autoimmune and lung disfunction
    NewenoughN Newenough

    I'm by no means comparing our situation to yours, just giving you information on what I and my wife have experienced. We both started glp's this year, her Reta, myself Tirz and also stack low dose reta for the liver. One thing that influences autoimmune response is chronic inflammation, which the drugs will reduce dramatically. I've always had psoriasis, mainly affecting my scalp, and gotten worse as I aged, mainly do to poor eating and shitty life choices 😂. But since going on these and focusing on a clean anti inflammatory diet, shits gone. Maybe not gone, but haven't had as single flareup in 6 months and before that I lived by topical steroids. Took them everywhere with me. Not anymore. The wife has been dealing with osteoarthritis in her back and used prescription NSAIDs and radio frequency ablation for pain control. Today she needs none of it. Reta erased all the pain and inflammation. Both of these compounds are well known for there anti inflammatory effects, and Eli either is or has started a study on this specific outcome.
