UPDATE: This is now going to haunt my nightmares… I let the cartridge sit on the counter all day, and when I picked it up to discard it, IT WAS COMPLETELY CKEAR!!! I shook it up and pounded it on the table just to see if the strands/blobs would come loose from the side or top or bottom or something, but they were nowhere to be found. So if I had robotically done what I usually do and inject, remove the tip and discard, swab (I swab before and after), put the cap back on the pen and place back in the fridge without looking at it, I never would’ve seen this!!

Blood in cart ?!? 🩸 -
Blood in cart ?!? 🩸@Snake-Pepskin same, usually there’s a drop at the end of the needle when I withdraw. It’s the V4 pen from this site. They are great! Never had a problem before. Although my Xuilin’s are buttery smooth and Convipen automatics are amazing for no-sting peps.

Blood in cart ?!? 🩸@ResearchCat I think this is what happened, yeah I had to toss it. It wasn’t super cold, I had let it sit out some. I always put a fresh needle on directly before injecting and immediately remove. Hopefully was a fluke thing.

Blood in cart ?!? 🩸@NobleONe that one was from Randy, but I also have a large batch from Ali I haven’t started using yet. I am positive it wasn’t the cartridge. I think I knocked a Bessie and it backfilled.

Farris Hospira Pre-Sale Does Not Seem Much of a Sale...@Shifted do you mind sharing where? I need to restock.
-
Hospira 0.9% Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride (30 mL)I was considering using this for GHK–Cu and MOTS-C, still doing the research though.

Blood in cart ?!? 🩸This morning after my rat pinned, I noticed a small red piece of tissue on the tip of the one needle. I assumed it was a hair follicle and properly discarded. But then as I was putting the pen cap back on I noticed red in the cartridge and upon further inspection there were distinctive red blobs floating in the solution. I discarded immediately. But yikes!!!
Usually it’s the opposite and I feel like there’s still fluid in the needle with a drop at the end when I withdrawal.

P.S. I wish we could upload images directly in the post instead of only links. -
Clave multi-dose vial access spikeCouldn’t you just alcohol swab it before use?
-
GHK-Cu Subcutaneous Research Dosing ProtocolOh wow. I typically don’t shoot more than 25units of anything, just seems like a lot of fluid. lol
-
GHK-Cu Subcutaneous Research Dosing Protocol@diegoc until this thread I had never heard of no-sting BAK. I have several cartridges loaded up at different dilutions. I started at 20mg/mL (100mg/5mL) and am now at 5.6mg/mL (100mg/18mL), I think

GHK-Cu Subcutaneous Research Dosing Protocol@ResearchCat I get quite a bit of pain that lasts 1-2 days and going from 4mm to 6mm helped quite a bit too. Still sucks overall though. I still have to decide which butt cheek I get to sleep on each night

-
GHK-Cu Subcutaneous Research Dosing Protocol@PeptidePete what is your injection concentration? I’m diluting a ton and still only able to tolerate 1mg in glutes. It burns for an hour and then feels sore in the general area for 24-36hrs.

Uncle Wang Now Have StoreI needed this today

YouTube Killed Randy?I’m hoping your videos will get uploaded somewhere else? I still referred back to them often. Hang tough my friend.
-
Long or short stopper cartridges?I’m researching premium manual-injection pens and bulk cartridges, but I’m seeing some products listing the cartridges as short stopper or long stopper.
Does anyone know the difference, or which is better? Which ones are sold in the store here?
-
Website SuggestionI love your peptide calculator, but could I please suggest that you add the simplified concentration XXmg/mL, I think Randy would appreciate that when he’s creating labels.
-
Opinion/experience on MOTS-C cycle/protocol@christexer What was your injection site(s)? Burned like crazy for me in abdominal, same as GHK-CU. I tried Upper Glutes and the pain was almost nonexistent.

Preloading daily Doses of KLOW in syringes@judgetoo what did you like more about the 8mm? Different/better needle quality? I was on 6mm good quality syringe needle and went to a great quality 4mm pen needles and don’t really notice a difference, but they are SHORT.

Pen StorageIt is only out for less than a minute l. Do not take it out and let it warm up. Warm cold cycles kill the peptides
This is exactly my question, I’ve seen lots of researchers saying to let peptides warm to room temperature before injecting, especially those that are prone to stinging (MOTS-C/GHK-CU). When using syringes this is easy because you just draw cold into syringe and immediately place the vials back in the fridge.
