How long does HGH last reconstituted? I see vials of 6-40iu available. Do you have a week or a month before it rendered useless?

Not to hijack this post but I am in the process of doing the same. What do you recommend or do I need to sterilize the nasal sprayer? I don't see any being sold that are pre-sterilized. Thanks
