One minor thing that is never done in anyone's videos is swabbing the vial, after you've reconned or drawn from it, before putting it away. Isn't this the most pertinent time? You have a fresh hole in the top, all them delicious peps sometime on the outside [real obvious if you've ever done 5-Amino].

Swab ya vials before putting them away and give the caps a thorough worsh'n if ya use dem! 🕵

I order a kit of ARA290 , has it help you ? What’s your starting dosage

Sitting here with one glove on because that hand won't warm itself. After almost a month I can't say I've seen any improvement.
I went 4mg daily, x7 per week for the month. I'm on my last 2 vials [10mg vials, recon 2 at a time for 5 doses] because... well, I bought the whole kit might as well do the full cycle.

It could just need more time though, can't be too impatient to heal... as of right now, I have no plans to do another cycle.

    Stan DouglasS Stan Douglas

Decades of cortisone shots for shoulder injuries the would shift from one, to the other, to the other and became closer together. This is required lifting for my job. Wolverine has reversed that process, still getting injured but they are getting farther apart.
I refuse to cortisone shots now and tell my Ortho the industry will embarrassed they ever administered them once BPC becomes approved.

I would pick one of the three: AOD, Tirz, or Survo. You're not going to get to your destination any faster by spitting the gas pedal into three parts. To each his own though.

Damn motivating danny2, way to go.
Got to be careful with as fast as you're taking it off though, I know you want it now, but gallbladder stones can be created when it can't empty out the excess cholesterol fast enough.
    That's why they recommend 2 lb's a week.

That would had took you twice as long though!

    Did you take before pics?
    Not for us, for yourself.
I know it's embarrassing but it will motivate you to finish this out and it's fun to show people and have them not even be able to recognize you.

  • Lifting Weights > TRT
    Stan DouglasS Stan Douglas

I SHALL BE THE DISINTER HERE!

Being physically active IS important buuuuuut - no. Lifting weights alone is not going to provide someone with low test the benefits that TRT would.

Any physical activity [not just lifting weights] , proper nutrition AND proper rest will help but no, they're not going to provide the benefits that TRT (or peps) will. All FOUR are necessary for getting the best.

No one of the four is going to replace the other three. Sorry, brah, there is nothing magical in that iron.
