I dont use luer locks for anything anymore. As far as guage 28 for anything oil based and 31 for anything water based.

@Randy if you look on the Nexaph wholesale site it offers many more options than what Nexaph does and ive though the same thing.

@Shifted cagrilintide at first glance does look expensive. However dosage is typically very small. Comparatively its in line with reta for cost per effective dose.

@pep_researcher yes I did/do research. 300-400mg per day feels amazing. I took it daily for 3 weeks and lost a few more pounds. Now I take it when my job has me working greater than 16 hours straight. Its a nice little kick in the butt to keep me motivated when I should be sleeping. When times really get tough like 24hour shifts or more I add in 20mg of cyclozodone. I dont recommend the cyclozodone part its not for the faint of heart and when taken in high doses or too often it is particularly taxing on your liver.

@thanks_enjoi in regards to TRT clinics being "pill mills" grown humans should have the option to do whatever they want. Unfortunately in many things Doctors are the gate keepers. Unless a person knows where else to look. Taking super physiological doses of testosterone does not necessarily wreck your endocrine system. it will temporarily slow down or shut off test production. However If you take care of it that can be reversed pretty easily now. if a person is willing to spend a little extra it can be kept online the entire time.

@EXTROPIAN only eat whole foods. If you have the ability source from independent farmers or farmers markets. Don't let them own you.

The leaking is probably due to a bad crimp and or a bulging crimp on the 3ml cartridge. I have 9 pens. A mix of V2 and v4. Several are spot on , a couple are off by a unit or 2 and a couple are off by several units. I take that into account when dialing in the dose. Except the ones that are off the most. Those I run stuff like glutathione and NAD. Much larger doses for those so to me it doesnt matter if its off by a couple units.

Last week they shipped me a order containing 2 items. It was fulfilled as both items on their website. When it arrived it was only one of the items with a revised packing list stating the other item would ship seperate. It arrives tomorrow. Not saying they wont eventually go bad but currently at least they are mostly doing what they are supposed to.

Just pull a little air in with the pointy end pointing down. Give it a couple gentle flicks. The bubble will rise to the plunger. Keep it pointed while injecting so the bubble stays at the plunger. If you are doing subq you dont have to worry about a air embolism. If you are going into your muscle you still dont have to worry about an air embolism until you get to a couple cc of air.

@Commander sorry my apologies and thanks for correcting me on what you purchased and that you didnt post pictures. In my late night post reading I must have combined two seperate incidents from two different people's experience on two seperate products. I recall yours better now and Randy pretty much put it to bed still when he sent vials to 5 seperate labs and got 5 different results for mass. Some were pretty close and some variances were a couple mg. Like in the case of your experience with Nexaph/Janoshik. Did I at least get it rite that you got yourself banned from the telagram group?

@Nuncles Janoshik is world renowned. Companies, test groups and independ individuals from all around the world send their chemicals there to be tested. Do they make mistakes of course they do. They test hundreds of vials daily. Even .1% mistakes would be a mistake everyday or two. Also HPLC calibration can drift. They are as trust worthy as any independent lab you will find. Commander had issues with a kit of selank or semax he purchased from nexaph. They made a disclaimer directly below the "add to cart" button stating that some bottles appear underfulled but all samples tested fine. Then when the results came back for the individuals submitted vials the results showed the same thing. Most of the contents of any vial are lipolised salts. Some of the vials lacked the salts. Only had what looked like a residue. That was in fact the peptide. 10mg is such a small amount it can barely be seen. He brought it to their attention on the telegram group. I watched it in real time. They gave him a reasonable explanation. He argued then they escalated. Then he got slightly off colored and they banned him. Certainly his vials he posted looked suspiciously underfilled. Pretty much everyone agrees at the visual aspect. Im not saying dont listen to his advice. Im saying take his advice but also weigh it against other people's experience.

@Nuncles Nexaph does both. They send in vials and there is a group where customers send in vials to Janoshik and Nexaph pays for it. The results are posted in the TG group. It will be a couple weeks after the presale ends before the first COAs come in. Then another few weeks before the customer provided vial results come back.

How long has it been since you received the partial order? My first order is made they shipped 2 things together then a couple days later they shipped the final item. All with out them saying a word. I looked at reviews alot before ordering. In the reviews it seems like most of the time people get what they order. Some times you get some or none of it and basically they never respond to emails.

@mrjoshua44 I would say who cares what the PCP thinks. Maybe they could say i wont see you as my patient anymore (probably not) if they give you grief find another care provider. You could easily save a lot of money finding a less expensive source. Many of us on here get 2 years supply for the same cost you pay for just one month.

I know from first hand experience Yep you can get the runs on Tirz for sure. Especially if you dose higher than you should. Like bad math when reconstituting or your vial(s) being over filled and not accounting for it. Ive taken both tirz and reta. I know so many people love reta. In my opinion its overhyped. Tirz is the way to go unless you want to or need to get rid of fatty liver rite now. Tirz will will do it it just takes longer. Anything that puts a person in a calorie deficit will decrease fatty liver.
