  • SS-31 and GLP3-R Combined Issues -
    T TrueNorth

I have been researching with GLP3-R and SS-31. Up until recently, each peptide was being researched separately.

Today, it worked out that I could mix / combine the two peptides together in one syringe for purposes of more efficient researching.

When the peptides were combined in the same syringe barrel the mixture got cloudy and looked like it gelled up.

Needless to say, I threw it out and just went with the separate researching protocol

Has anyone here had similar issues in combining GLP3-R with SS-31 in the same syringe barrel ?

Both Peptides were reconstituted with Hospira BAC and I used a filter on the SS-31 when I transferred it to a larger 10ml vial. Both vials are only a couple of weeks old and have been properly stored in a fridge.

As mentioned, I haven't had any issues with researching each of these peptides separately.

Josh usually give's well informed science based information and he presents technical information in a way that most non science people can understand. I can't really think of anyone on par with him that I have seen speak publicly on YouTube. He is most definitely not in the same class as the Black Card Ex-Chiropractor.

I saw the video where he talked about not asking for CofA's in the name of bringing down the heat on the industry. I understand why he was pushing that message but as a consumer, I obviously want CofA's. I really don't think he is doing to so he can sell shady research peps....that being said, I would probably consider changing the name..lol! I am also part of his Skool group and I have messaged him personally and he has given direct advice at no cost. Not a huge fan of the Christian Fundamentalist vibe in his group, but that is easy enough to ignore.

I also like Chris Duffin on YouTub. Honorable mention to Alex Kikel (TPC) but he is guilty of talking over most peoples heads.

I came across a great video by Dr Brad Stanfield where he outlines a bunch of the NAD Literature and clinical data. He's not a peptide guy, he's a supplement guy, but the information is still excellent.

The main conclusion of the clinical data as some have already noted, is that high dosing just straight is not only as effective but also significantly cheaper and efficient.

The bigger question that gets covered in the video is 'does raising NAD Levels even make a difference?'. Again, using very recent clinical data as a reference, there isn't much evidence that raising NAD really makes much of a measurable difference.

I don't I'm allowed to post links here, but if you search on YouTube under "New Study Says I Was Wrong About NMN and NR?" , a video from Dr Brad Stanfield should appear and it's worth a listen if you are interested in the literature surrounding NAD.

@bfuller - I think he is a solid starting point for people just getting into it. His SKOOL Group has an education section which is actually quite useful on anything from Peptides, to nutrition to training etc... If someone was just getting into training, supplements and peptides, I wouldn't hesitate to tell them to check out his education section.

I'm not doubting that most of that information is AI Generated but it is organized and presented in way that is genuinely helpful for anyone starting out.

I like your list, Dr Jackson is great and a fellow Canuck, but he doesn't post much content, but clearly he is incredibly informed on Anabolics.

I just became aware of Dr Bakari, I like him a lot.

Duffin and Castore are both great.

Not a huge Hunter fan at all.

I don't know the other guys yet, will check them out.

Consider your question! 'Weight loss" is not my goal and should NOT be your question. Body composition is. I'm up 17 lbs from bottom (155lbs), and now 12.5% body fat. So, fat way down, lean mass way up in 5 months. At age 65 what i did was "impossible" (lol)

Wow.....I missed out on a lot of discussion and just getting caught up now.

First off, thanks for sharing your experience in such detail.

I am a slightly younger, old dude at 57, so I am reading your progress with great interest.

I will not be purchasing kg's of caviar or going full carnivore, but I am guessing most people who will be using this peptide won't be on any of those eating protocols.

I did note that you are researching a bunch of 'supportive' elements. This is probably near impossible for you to answer, but it's worth a shot. At this point in time, I am not really interested in researching TRT and/or the GH Route. I'm not saying never , but that's just me at this point in time.

Are you able to discern how much of the gains are solely from the FLGR242 ? Do you feel that there are synergies between the GH and T and FLGR242 ?

I know this is totally speculative, but do you feel that someone not researching GH or T would see some form of noticeable results ?

    Thanks for sharing, cheers!

@vpeptides - I guess its kind of moot given that they sold out

Buying 10 single units +15 Free, yields a better per mg price than buying 10 double vials + 15 single vials free

@kenhnsy - AOD is notoriously tricky to reconstitute. Apparently it gels up for a lot of people.

Cloudiness is a potential indicator that there is some sort of problem with the peptide (contamination etc...) as most Peptides should reconstitute completely clear.

    T TrueNorth

    I have Mots-c from 2 different vendors

First Mots I re-constituted did not come out as clear as the other peptides I have researched (Reta, TB+BP).

I had another Mots from another vendor which re-constituted slightly clearer than the first, but still a little cloudy.

Does Mots usually re-constitute crystal clear or is it known to re-constitute a little cloudy

Neither of the Mots vials I reconstituted have been used for research yet.
