My horse has a rare genetic disease called PCD and it affects the cilia in the sinus, lungs etc. The Rhino doctor suggested surgery so the horse could breathe better, better through the nose(so its not mouth breathing all the time), and decrease phlegm pooling and thus decreasing chances of infections in the sinus and thus decreasing the chances of lung infections(which is common problem that is ultimately going to be addressed). I found a protocol during my research that calls for BPC-157 1mg daily, TB-500 2.5mg Tuesday/Friday, Thymosin Alpha-1 1.5mg Mon/Wed/Fri, but the horse decided it only wanted 1mg of TB-500 and TA-1 3 times a week on alternating days. Its been a week since the surgery and 5 days since starting the research and the horse seems to be doing rather well. Some elevated temps, breathing rate 24-48 after surgery but this seems to be expected while the anesthesia wears off. SP02 stayed the same and sleeping time stayed the same. I am excited to continue to share the horses(Gary) recovery.
The Rhino doctor stated no lifting or bending over or sneezing for 4 weeks (do you know how hard it is to keep a horse from sneezing?!)
After seeing substantial recovery in this area with the sinus I will then be attempting to help Gary with his chronic lung infections. The thought process is to keep him on the current protocol and then add KPV(not sure on dosage yet), then after 2 weeks do a hit of LL-37(not sure on dosage yet) to help kill the bacteria as it seems to have amazing anti-micobial properties (I will be administering Balance One Liver One for liver support to help deal with the Herxheimer reaction). Then after that I am thinking of adding GHK-cu(not sure on dosage yet) to help with clean up and repair.
Again excited to share that part of Gary's journey here as well.
Gary doen't exactly seem to have a energy issue but doesn't seem to have much drive for exercise etc, exercise is a little difficult with the breathing issue for him but I have been told he needs to exercise more. And thus someone suggested MOTS-c(not sure on dosage) and I am debating if that is something I would give him now or way later.
Anyway thanks for reading and happy to hear anything suggestions or advice or comments.

research for genetic autoimmune and lung disfunction@EXTROPIAN thanks for your response, sorry for the late reply, i wish i could get updates when there is a response.
The horse eats very healthy whole foods, could probably exercise more and sleep more, but its naturally thin and seems to not find that as a priority. Its a good suggestion though, fixing the base and maybe something like MOTS-c would help the horse desire to do more exercise and get blood and organs moving to help elimnate toxins? -
What 3D printer should I order and lets put some files hereI am glad i found this post, i love 3D printing. Anyone find a good file for a pen cap dispenser only?

research for genetic autoimmune and lung disfunctionHello, new to research here, I have a rat that has autoimmune and a genetic lung disposition similar to cystic fibrosis, but actually its primary ciliary dyskinesia. After some research it seems that thymosin-alpha 1, bpc-157, and tb-500 would be the best start for improving my rats immune system in hopes to help cilia regeneration and movement. This is a long term goal and my studies are showing that the rats stack will become much larger, but since this is my first research project i wanted to ask the community if they believe this is a good stack to start with and my other question is since its the first should i start with one at a time and wait a few days or weeks to see how the rat reacts? Or should i give him all three because this stack has been known to have no adverse reactions?
Thank you for your time, advise and suggestions. -
sapling researcherJust found out about this type of research and looking forward to all there is to learn and discover. I have several genetically and chronically sick rats that I hope to aid in this research. I am sure I will learn a lot from all of you and hope to contribute back one day. Happy to meet you all.
