ALSO- ensure your filter spec is hydrophilic NOT hydrophobic if the choice is offered! The correct choices have your filtering occurring with a few seconds push. @jamiegallien Definitely agree that the natural occurrence is not a guaranty of safety, that was just an argument, not a proof. But the safety studies have been done, at least in animal models, showing no toxicity in large doses, an inhibition of spontaneous tumor growth, and immune support. But I see your point and it's a valid aspect to consider.
