I spoke to a medical Rep this morning. Yes, the expiration date is very meaningful. Not just due to the alcohol breaking down. Even mild degradation breaks down the plastic container and increases microplastics and that is the primary concern. There is a low level of microplastics present pre expiration but post the break down happens rapidly. I know people don’t want to hear it but there it is. Injecting micro plastics into your rat is not good expecially at higher levels that occur in long term storage. Hospira has done the testing and that’s why the expiration isn’t 24 months or longer.i

I actually periodically look at the solutions I make in a microscope x1600. I see that filtered solutions have less of particles that look like plastics. But since I've switched to Hospira water I don't see a lot of debris anyway. When I wasn't filtering and used some suppliers, which I now consider low-grade, I saw some really scary stuff, I even have a picture somewhere. I had no idea what was it.

I jumped onto the peptide bandwagon about 6mo ago and it’s been TREMENDOUSLY helpful so far. I found a vendor on here that actually ships from inside my state (KS). Recently I switched up vendors to try to diversify a bit. I thought Mile-High-Compounds was from CO, but the tracking info says that it shipped from Tempe, AZ… which has a high of 105°F today. I work at a shipping/delivery company and I know trucks become ovens. TLDR- how torched and worthless are peptide vials sent in this heat? I lucked out getting into peps during winter, so should I just wait til cooler temps again? I was actually trying to plan the order around a cooler-temp window between CO & KS… hopefully they still turn out ok. I’ll probably just stick with that first company I lucked out with in my state. Anyone else have a take on peptide degradation in the summer heat during shipping?

    Re: Wasteful Pen Cartridge Experience

Now that my peps are stacking I been using pens. I been filtering all the cartridges as instructed by Randy. Great videos by the way. Lately I have bypassing the breather needle. Using a 13mm Diameter 0.22um filter. When filling the cartridge with another luer lock needle that will connect to the slip outlet of the filter. As soon as you start to feel a slight pressure. Disconnect the luer slip outlet from the filter to depressurize the cartridge. Don't pull it all the way out but enough to blow out with a hiss. The hiss will sound like a gentle whisper saying "baby you got this". It will blow out and dout it *vacuums in. This will not blow out the cartridge plunger. I reconnect it secure enough to hold and still be able to disconnect again. For a 1ml I only had to do it once. Once the cartridge is filled I leave the needle in, remove the filter and reconnect the luer locks to create a vacuum to remove any bad breath or farts molecules that might have been lingering while reconstituting. Then prime the baby for research! If anything gets though then there is nothing LL-37, thymosin, bpc.... can't handle. And seriously, do not lick your fingers like preparing to put together a timeless piece with intricate parts . lol

I bought a 10-pack of GLP-2 30mg from NextGen in mid-February 2026, along with a single vial of Reta. Pre-shipment processing took a day longer than I'm used to, but I think they were about to move into a new warehouse and the small delay was no big deal. My products arrived looking really slick and upscale, perhaps the nicest branding and packaging I've seen, but a few days into her first vial my research rat began to feel as if she was steadily reverting to a pre-Tirz state. Symptoms included (among others) frequent hunger pains, loud tummy gurgling, mental "food noise", low blood sugar and weakness between meals. I increased the dosage, in case it was a sudden plateau, but the product never felt like it was working. Simultaneously, my rat reported a wave of skin pains, torso leg and foot aches, tiredness, dizziness, and headaches. Allodynia can be an indicator of diabetes and this subject was pre-diabetic before starting her tirzepatide testing, but her condition had been largely controlled for the previous four months, and the symptoms never manifested this aggressively in the past. By the middle of the second vial, she was bloated and gaining weight, exhausted from lack of sleep, taking large frequent doses of nsaid pain killers, and barely able to get off the couch. Self-funded testing wasn't an option for financial reasons, but as soon as NextGen's product had been replaced by another brand, everything started returning to normal. There was a big stink in March about grey vendor GLP-2 that wasn't Tirz at all, with multiple vials testing positive for endotoxins, and considering the similar timing and the fact that most domestic peptide supply lines can be traced back up the chain to one of the same 5 big Chinese manufacturers, it seems possible this was just a bad batch. I finally reconstituted the single vial of NextGen Reta in June, and that one seemed fine, (in other words it also caused terrible side effects, but they were similar to reactions reported by numerous other Reta researchers)

@pep_researcher Yeah, I heard about some of their COA problems. I know Finnrick doesn't get much love around here, but one of these days I want to send them one of the NextGen T30 vials, just to see what they say.

Southern Aminos has been sending out teaser emails for the last few days about their big 4th of July sale....their biggest sales event ever, they claimed. They wouldn't hint at what it was until 8 AM this morning. Their website has not been working all morning. Either they have a crappy server or server ISP, or they greatly underestimated the numbers in the RUO community and the website was hammered too hard. Either way they weren't prepared. Best of luck to them. I hope for their business, they get it resolved soon and back on track.

    @ResearchCat MTT-31 10mg - $41.40 before affiliate discount - it also says limited inventory.

    One star review-

This was the first vendor I purchased from, naively, from a recommendation from some random person on Facebook - STUPID, I KNOW!

Anywho - I purchased one vial of GLP-3 which looking now they have the same testing information on their site as when I purchased 2-1/2 months ago so either they use the same generic COA for everything or they sit on a lot of inventory- we know which one is more likely. Extremely overpriced even with their 40% off new customer discount I paid $145 for a single vial of GLP-3 30mg and 1 of their labeled BAC waters. It shipped and was received quickly.

Test subjects (two different subjects) had horrible side effects at beginning dose, went down to a lower dose (0.5mg) and have not been able to titrate up past .75mg twice a week. Anytime attempted 1mg on a single dose, 48hours later was met with extreme vomiting and gastro issues, bloating and pain.

After recommendation to try another supplier -found that it might have been the supply.

Obviously I have done more research and vetted vendors differently since so I will not be buying from them again.

Received my 5th order from Nexaph today. Fast shipping, good prices and documentation and everything seems to be of good quality. I am relatively new to peptides (been lurking about for a couple of years) but I have tried about 10 different vendors and unless I am looking for a specialty item of some kind, they are the only company that it makes sense for me to buy from at this point.
I like their kit pricing, but I'm hoping to get better pricing on the wholesale side. The wholesale pricing doesn't seem to be very good from any of the (reputable) venders.
So overall I am very happy with Nexaph so far.

@Snake-Pepskin thanks, couldn't figure out how to do rhat

I bought GLP-2 30mg from Certified Peptides twice, about six months ago, when I was first venturing away from tele-health and prescription peps and didn't really know where to look for vendors. At that time they had good ratings on TrustPilot and a few other review platforms (plus I think maybe someone had recommended them on Reddit?) so it wasn't until weeks later that I began to notice all the negative screencaps and anecdotal warnings about the owner's behavior. I realize now that their prices are quite high, and I've found more affordable options since then, so I'd be unlikely to order there again, but my first two Certified Pep purchasing experiences were delightfully calm and trouble-free. Shipping was prompt, communication was adequate and timely, vials were well-packaged, and the peptides performed perfectly both times

IDUN recently had a BOGO deal at which I picked up six 30mg GLP-2 vials. I didn't need a whole kit, just enough to tide me over until I could place a larger internationally-sourced order. My shipment came quickly by 2-day air, the contents were packaged securely, and the vials all had labeling showing product details and batch info. IDUN also enclosed a printout sheet, from Freedom Diagnostics, with the coa and testing report for that batch. I got email updates about order status, shipping status, delivery status, etc. and the vials went out lightening-fast, even though I ordered during a holiday weekend. I'm two bottles in, and all my research results suggest that the product is exactly as advertised, so if you are looking for a quick, domestic and trustworthy vendor, with good sale pricing, IDUN definitely delivers!

I know vendors are trying to rid themselves of old stock for 4th sales, but if you're just trying to top off your tank, there's some nice deals here. I just ordered 1st time from S1 and #1 if it doesn't land on my porch smashed, I'm happy. (You know I'm gonna say something if it is.) It's NAD+ Buffered, 1000mg, Feb & March 2026 issue for $55 single vials, plus more discounts on top of that price. If Nexaph sold 1000mg, S1 would be comparable. There's others.

    https://s1research.net/

Here's exactly how to stack your savings

Our Pre-4th of July Sale is in full swing, and we want to make sure you're getting every bit of savings available. Here's the breakdown:

Step 1 — Shop sale pricing. Every item is already marked down site-wide.

Step 2 — Buy in bulk. Stocking up unlocks up to an additional 15% off your sale-priced order.

Step 3 — Apply code SAVE10. Enter it at checkout for an extra 10% off the entire order.

Sale pricing + bulk discount + SAVE10 — stacked together, this is the lowest pricing we offer all year. No further codes needed.

⚠️ Stock is limited — sale ends July 1st at 11:59pm EST

I like their NAD+ buf price for 1000mg. At sale prices listed above, beats Nexaph hands down and the powder is not last year, good COA print too.

I've been researching Reta for 2 months now and I've only been able to tolerate it in split doses I haven't been able to go higher than .75mg each time, when I try to go to 1mg I get unbelievably sick. If anyone has experienced the severe stomach pains, vomiting and other gastro problems, have you found something that helps ease it when you titrate up or have you found a different GLP to have less side effects.
Starting dose was 1mg 1x a week and I had the same effect so I split the dose after 2 weeks .5mg and then at 6 weeks went to .75.

Feel free to tell me if I'm doing something wrong.

@ResearchCat unfortunately it was before I did ENOUGH research to truly understand what I was doing. Lesson learned and will not use that supplier ever again!
  • K

Hiiii has anyone used this pep? If yes please share your experience. I'm looking to start the process.

I was just reading on this stuff last night from another forum, this is not something you pin once a day. You have to make a checkerboard on your [rat's] body and pin every inch or so. It was described as at-home liposuction. I advice against anyone doing anything but with this stuff, just be content with whatever GLP you're using and let the process, process.

Not sure if this is the right category to post this, apologies if its not. I know that most of the research is our own but are there any good books people might recommend regarding peptides?

Basically, I forgot to cancel my audible account and I want to use it on something I'm avidly trying to learn more about.

    Thanks for your recommendations.

@Stan-Douglas ok, do you have titles to recommend or?

Is the Novopen 4 compatible to use for peptides. Obviously knowing that I'd have to buy 3ml cartridges?

Some people are still having problems with the newest 1.37 adapter. I love the Novo 4. Just understand it is not as simple as using a Xulin. A couple if my friends got tired of having to mess with the Novo 4 slipping occasionally and switched to the Xulin. I don’t mind messing with jt, so I still use the Novo 4. But it is definitely not always going to work…

Anybody on peptide crafters see the recent article on 3 month room temp vs refrigerated reconstituted ghk? Interesting read. I wish they could draw more frequently for a more accurate picture but i understand the limitations with jano testing lol.

    Hey everyone!

I'm currently researching Tirzepatide to reduce food noise during my cut. I don't have a ton of weight to lose (~15 pounds), so my goal is to reduce food noise since that is something I struggle with the most.

I started at 0.5mg to test my reaction, and over the past couple of weeks, I'm now at ~1.25 mg every 3.5 days. So far so good - no ISRs, GI upset, tiredness, etc.

Has anyone else had good results dosing like this? I'd love to hear from you guys, as I've learned so much from this forum (and Randy) already!

@brianluna That's good to hear! I'm glad it's working well for you

Got three vials of MOTS-C that's going in my V4 for some research. I swear, each and every time I sit down to reconstitute some peps for research, I find doing so very therapeutic.

@mrjoshua44 I'm going to try BAC NaCl next time. Thanks for the tip.
