I found this test result today on a COA from a vendor we discuss here quite often. They have two lots currently for sale, but only one of them show this spike on the left of the HPLC graph, and I would like to know what it is. I dont recall seeing it before on any COA i have looked at... but I am a noob.HPLC 30mg 3P.jpg

That's actually great they do show the filler on the chart. I suspect, some charts from the labs have the excipients (fillers) actively excluded.

They just wrapped up the envelope and sealed it with no bubble wrap or anything. I sent them a msg. on their site but couldn't attach picture. Awaiting email address to send pic. Do they actually expect me to pay for shipping this back to them? I've never had this trouble with them in previous order. Who "wrapped" this?! LOOK!

@vpeptides I'm interested in what those 8 (likely pricey!) vials might have been. Care to share?!

I held a few experiments based on some suggestions from a research-oriented medical doctor, Alex Grinberg.

First, he had an idea that anti-microbial LL-37 together with Thymosin Alpha 1 may be used to fight latent viruses like EBV. Coincidently, I had some flu-like sickness so I tried. Short-term intensive protocol for acute infections: 3-4 times a day 0.5mg LL-37 + 1.6mg TA-1. I did it for 2 days, and I didn't see it helping at all: the recovery went with the usual speed, while the hope was it stops the virus almost in few hours.
I continued once a day a combination of those 2 peptides for 2 weeks.
To test it I took a test before and after: EBV VIRAL CAPSID AG (VCA) AB (IGG) + EBV NUCLEAR AG (EBNA) AB (IGG). The first one went down slightly 459->352, the second remained over 600. I don't think it was a success, it remained high, and even higher than I measured it 2 years ago.

Also, I wanted to improve my immune profile. My Lymphocytes are low since Covid times, 1000-1200 while I would prefer them around 2000. The idea was to use a combination of thymic bioregulators to improve it. I took a a detailed test measuring CD4, CD8, CD16, CD56, CD19 (so called T cells, NK cells and B cells). My profile looked balanced but the absolute number of T-cells is too low. There are ideas that Vilon, Thymulin and Thymogen may rebalance the immune system, while Crystagen may help with B-cells. Also TA-1 should affect (boost) the immunity.
I used Vilon for 20 days at 1-3 mg, Thymogen at 50mcg, Thymulin (with Zinc) at about 0.3mg, Crystagen at 1-2mg.
The results, the second test after 2 months of this research didn't produce any significant effect on my lymphocites. Disappointing. I still believe it can be helpful and probably retry later.

Here I want to send a bucket of dung to Verified Peptides. Everything I tried from them was like a poison to my research subject. Everything caused weird and unexpected side-effects, while the same materials from other companies were fine. That's why I used 0.3mg of Thymulin instead of 5mg, same with Vilon. Other compounds from them were also bad as tested.

Another thing I noticed, separately, I used Retatrutide 2mg twice a week. in a month it squeezed all the fat from my liver, my cholesterol is all-times low, ALT is 14. Pretty good, but even maybe too much. So, Glucagon agonist may be used at a lower dosages if there is not a severe NAFLD.

Anyone know much about them? I saw some peps on the market with their COA. They look fairly thorough, but I can’t see any wy to verify them.

    https://www.ethosanalytics.io/

They are used by Pure Health Peptides, but you can't look up their COAs. But you can try to write them and ask if a particular COA is a valid one.

Do any of the vendors sell HGH 191AA? I do not see it listed on any of the pricing indexes

I stay away from anything like that… so many TG server admins deleting any post that goes against the vendor or host, they claim anything bad is false and you are just there to cause trouble.. so they delete your posts. Oh wait, that just happened not more than a week ago with the LN TG group.. and asshole admins like Drastic were deleting posts of anyone that was concerned because they were getting bogus tracking numbers and stuff wasn’t being shipped. Then Bam, Tuesday morning all of LN staff disappeared after taking thousands of dollars in payments the night before knowing they were closing shop.. and then Bam the admins TG accounts disappeared too…

First, sorry to post this here. There is no section for Testing or Test Results (Hint may we please have a section for Testing and Results), so I put this here and figured Jeff would move it to where it belongs.
From what I have been reading most people do not like Finnrick because of their grading system. But besides that, are the results good to use? Like mass and purity. I was thinking of sending in some samples to them to test.

@hunt_ak Ya, they never even sent me an email back on this… they are basically worthless. I have moved on to trying different testing labs

I need a little info here if anyone can be of assistance. I have a vendor that I am ordering cjc/ipa blend together and they are sending its own personal bac water with it. Told me not to use my own. Is this a normal thing?IMG_3079.png

@Stevepep thanks for the info. I’ll check it out! Btw, I received some more info from the supplier. They said it’s acetic water which is needed to reconstitute properly. I did google search it up and there’s a few posts in other places talking about their supplier said that it reconstitutes better in acetic water and stays longer. Still going to send it off but wasn’t sure why the change in some testing.

I just ordered a few V4s and was wondering if anyone could provide the dimensions, as I am looking for storage options.

@damic thank you so much. I appreciate your help.

When looking at new vendors- I know how some feel about COA's but what are your requirements for purity when deciding to give a new vendor a shot?

@BeeKind start with vendors on this site list, the. It’s a matter of who tested it. Jano or some small lab. Purity should be above 99pct and make sure the batch and vial color matches. 2nd if you are looking for sterility and endotoxins to see if they tested you can check that on the COA as well. You won’t see any fails because they don’t post those and they are extremely rare, a massive outlier. Randy has a great video on this on his YouTube channel I would watch that it’s going to give you what you are looking for

I will start by saying that I haven't yet found a testing group for this recent batch of Tirzepatide 30mg, so I'm only reviewing the ordering experience for now. QSC's history as a company is not without red flags; their reputation took a particularly big hit when they shut down suddenly in late 2024/early 2025, and then resumed operations some months later, without ever compensating the many former customers whose missing orders they had pledged to replace or refund. In addition, dozens of would-be buyers have been scammed by imposters using QSC's name and images, which has lead to further ill-will toward the actual brand. I took a calculated risk when I decided to purchase tirzepatide from QSC, and did a lot of due diligence first, being very careful not to click on any lookalike links or addresses. To order, I downloaded the most recent version of their price sheet pdf, wrote up what I wanted to buy, and how I wanted to pay for it, then sent a private message to the rep "Tracy" (probably not his/her real name), who responded with a total amount due, and a choice of crypto payment addresses. During my stablecoin transfer a transaction id or "hash" was created, and I sent a copy of this hash in a second private message, as proof the invoice had been paid. After that I just waited quietly. There's no confirmation, no hand-holding and no customer service to speak of with QSC; I could see two green check-marks appear near the message time stamps, indicating "received and read " and about three days later I was given an order tracking number. My 2 kits had a surcharge of $20 for domestic shipping by USPS Ground Advantage, which was probably about $17 more than it actually cost. The packaging was an envelope not a box, and transit time from Los Angeles was about a week. Shipments can be tracked by using Informed Delivery, so I knew the moment mine arrived, which happened yesterday at 6PM. The kits are sent bare, with no paperwork, no QR, no batch code, and nothing written on the actual vials or their plastic caddy. There is a printed sticker with a sku on the outside of the packaging, which supposedly identifies the product, so I saved my shipping materials for future reference. QSC imbeds a Janoshik testing link in each product's name on their Telegram price sheets, but I was sent a T30 batch with dark gray caps, while the COA shows an orange-capped sample, and it's also from November, 2025, so I highly doubt it's applicable to this mid-June 2026 order. I reconned a sample, but finding a co-testing group has been difficult, so all I can report for now is that my cost including shipping was $260, the order arrived intact, and the totally-unlabeled peptide vials passed visual inspection. Hopefully they actually contain 30mg of GLP-2, and won't kill me!

Tracy does not allow any discussion about Tracy. It's really soup nazi all over. You can search Mesorx for the QSC thread, there's hundreds of pages there going back many many years. They hate QSC there, and probably with good reason. Every vendor is good until they're not.

There has been discussion of this re: the parent company name (Step One Ventures) on the COA (Freedom), instead of the subsidiary name, in this case, S1 Research. I'm not sure of the right or wrong of this approach; I've heard both sides. It might be more a personal safety protocol. Finding some good deals and just wondered what various people think. Looks like the same company, just stating the full name on the COA.

i haven't heard or seen any warnings about this company, even though it's not on vendor list. If you know something, please yak it here.

Currently running pk for NAD+ Buffered, 1000mg, $55 per vial, add their 10% off and is slightly less. I'll take the bait.

@pep_researcher Yes, S1 and Step One are the same and I took a chance. I appreciate you giving me the extra info. I just looked and it's already been shipped (literally left Fed Ex facility). Will soon know.

Purchased from Elite when I was just starting to explore the industry, they were my first order as I was watching the youtube channel and learning. Outside of the price being the most I had paid for GLP3 they had the slowest shipping speeds and I waited weeks to get my order which was a pretty small order. When I reached out that my package was lost they did reply in a timely fashion to wait a few more weeks before I could make a claim that it was lost but the order did come a few weeks after that. At that point I had found a different vendor on Peptide critic and had gotten another order.

I truly thought I did my due diligence and researched this company enough to think it was legit. I was wrong! I ordered over $500 worth of products, but by week 4, I just had this guy feeling something was off. I didn’t notice any positive difference, and as an investigator, that’s when I went to work. A deep review of online records revealed the owner, Jason Beeching, is a convicted sex offender from Washington state and was arrested by the US Marshals in Mexico after being on the run there from a warrant for over five years. I am throwing all my products away, please don’t take my word for it though, search Jason Beeching sex offender Washington, and all the articles will come up. I matched his photo in the articles to his FB and Instrgram profiles… sadly it’s true. Who knows what I’ve been injecting the last four months. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and waste your money!

@WisGal64 said: him making threats Happened to me too! ️ Exact same experience. Basically as soon as you escalate anything about the order the owner Jason loses it. That seems consistent with someone who may have those kind of charges on his head. After a few months I found Jeff's video on YT covering exact same experience and I was like wow so there's a pattern!

Well another vendor that was great until they are not - and that is now.
LN Peptides, Cassie, Amy, etc… all disappeared. The TG account seems to have been nuked, or they deleted it. Their WhatsApp numbers, messages get delivered but they don’t look at them or respond.
So even if one if their reps is responding to you, I HIGHLY suggest not placing any new orders.
Unfortunately for me, I have ordered from June 1, that was shipped with expedited shipping , that got seized in customs on June 8th that they haven’t reshipped. Now that they have disappeared, I would pretty much say that isn’t happening…3k gone. But we know the risks when ordering peptides from anyone ir anywhere. So it is what it is. Unfortunately it is Tesamorelin and I will be out in another couple if days, and just when I was making progress with getting rid of this visceral fat.

I reached out to them Monday for an updated price list. They sent it, then i asked some questions, none got looked at or answered. I noticed in the "News" section of their website they made a post on 6/20 saying they were "reported" and would have to close all their accounts down. It said they would create new ones and be back to servicing their customers soon. Their website then shut down the next day. That was very concerning, so I reached out to LP Peptides for a new list. They sent it, answered a couple questions, and then stopped answering as well, although their website is still functional. Not sure if they are directly related, but seems more than coincidental.

This was my first peptide purchase, and it ended up being a real learning experience. On April 29, 2026, I ordered five vials of their 2X Blend (Tesamorelin 10mg / Ipamorelin 5mg) Research Blend.

The vendor lists COAs on their website, and I made the mistake of assuming the most recent one matched my order. It didn’t. Their latest published COA for this blend is from July 2025, while the vial I received was from lot 2X12A013026, which has no COA on file at all.

Separately, I also had a shipping address issue. I emailed support about that and they responded immediately and fixed it without any hassle. But when I followed up about the missing COA, I got nothing… no reply at all.

Given the total lack of response on a basic quality/testing question, I can’t recommend this vendor.

They put themselves out there as the most reputable of the bunch, but I'll never buy from them again as they would not produce a CoA for 8 vials I bought. Had to go back and forth for weeks and finally authorized a return and refund after I involved the Peptide Critic himself. Used to have a stellar reputation, now a zero in my world.

Can anyone point me to a website or discussion that can help me figure out how to read and understand my rats bloodwork results and how to determine what peptides might be beneficial for those functions to improve?

@ResearchCat they responded to the request and said it’s under consideration. Rythm isn’t cheap it’s a subscription thats over $100 a month

Keep in mind the redheaded family genetics:

I've come to the conclusion that GHKcu, GLOW & KLOW injections are worthless for me to be doing. Day after day, week after week...

Topical, however, seems to be more beneficial for me. Lots of good things to say about it. I have not tried adding raw GHK or SNAP 8 yet and might not do so, as my white skin is already very sensitive.

I'm not saying this is true for everyone but it is for me. If you're having the same thoughts but not being open about it (these peps are so highly touted here), you are not alone.

I have no intention of buying the other peps separately that are included in some of these formulas. Just using the topical is good enough.

This is one of the reasons I love buying from Flawless is how quickly they get your order out to you. Ordered 5 vials of MOTS-c late Sunday night, and was at my house Wednesday afternoon. Hi! I'm not sure if this is something that has been addressed yet but I am coming across a lot of discrepancies between prices listed on the Peptide-Price-Index and what is actually showing on the vendor sites. Same with stock, there are many things listed as "stocked" on the peptide-price index but they are not in stock when you go to buy.

    • Thanks for all you do!
