Peptide Test message about Hospira pricing
-
This will piss you guys off. So I apologize in advance. It is information only to provide additional context on what a scam this situation is. We have a contract with a medical supply company (favorable terms based on the overall volume of supplies we purchase annually) and currently the price is about $60 for a case of 25 of H bac. The math ain't mathing. Someone is making a tidy sum. 10x markup over wholesale, at least. Viva la revolution! Don't shoot the messenger.

@Stones67 That's your clue to launch a website of your own. You don't need to sell absolutely at $3, just enough to make those other 10x markup ones look bad.
Like say $6 per bottle and that will give you 100% margin.

One friendly vendor actually told me this when I said I am bored of my regular tech industry job.

@Commander
if you look at peptide protocols, you'll see recommendation for NaCl/CH3 to be used instead of regular BAC. I don't know if this is true but I got a couple of bottles from another vendor the other day.[link removed]

Nifty little side gig you're proposing! Might even cash in enough to offset this expensive habit. LOL. But, alas, I fear my pseudo-criminal behavior would be detected by the bean counters and/or supply chain director, who would eventually notice we are suddenly ordering a bunch of stuff we've used very little of before. There would be questions! Oh well. -

We are in the most capitalist country of the world, healthcare is capitalist, doctors are capitalist, FDA is capitalist, free markets.
FDA can't even legally shutdown RUO that's why they try these underhanded tactics like payment processor pressure etc. But sterile water with little bit of benzyl alcohol?? I mean it's a joke!
Go for it. I will be your first customer. Can do CC, Venmo, CashApp, crypto. No Zelle or ACH pls.

MERICA!!!! LETS DO IT!!!! Um...yeah... well.. turns out despite my recently optimized T levels I still don't have the cojones to risk my shareholder status or medical licenses for some extra cash. I wouldn't do well unemployed or behind bars. Sorry pep. You almost had me though!

This makes sense. Hospitals, doctors offices and anyone buying it legally aren’t paying what we are..
Don’t forget, places like Medex aren’t even supposed to sell it to people without a prescription. I am sure anyone that has a prescription for it gets it cheap. I am sure in 2024 when Medex was selling a case for $69, doctors and everyone buying it legally were probably paying $20 a case. -

FDA is one entity that needs immediate dissolution and shutdown.

I don’t know about shutting them down… we do need someone to make sure food and stuff is safe. -
@Stevepep I like Lambda and bought a couple the other day. Unfortunately, they don't have the NaCl/CH3 mix for MOTS-C & SS-31. Love having as many alternatives as possible!
NaCl/CH3 mix for MOTS-C & SS-31.
???
Maybe another post about solvents is in order. I thought I had everything covered now by H BAC, except for acetic acid for AOD.For those who think water is simple, a small chemical mixing company had 4 chemical engineers (one with a PhD) just to make purified water for pure solutions. Not simple. And we can all afford pH strips and Brix meters if these are valid test instruments.

Well they got me. Ordered 3 just to have a supply moving forward. Had my first bad experience the other day. Reconstituted with something other than Hospira and it turned the peptide to sludge.

So lets think about that for a second. What peptide did you order that turned to sludge? And how much was that vial that was ruined?

Wasn't that my point? Live and learn. Appreciate your helpful feedback.

@cc4part41 well what was reconned?
I’ve used hospira, retail vendors BAC and individual plastic amps of BAC. Haven’t had an issue with sludge.
If I bought a single vial of peptides and a vendors brand water to recon and try it out I’m going back complain to them if it’s not clear.
But since then I only use hospira for 6 weeks and store in fridge.
We’re to the point where your 10-12mg of Reta from a kit costs less than water. That’s crazy and can’t stand. I’m going to other brands not giving a monopoly to them.

@Eleanor
Oh…
I just use my Hospira with everything and it works. So I never looked into it."If it works, don't fix it."
@Eleanor
I agree with just using Hospira. It's the one constant that I don't want to change. -

I agree with just using Hospira. It's the one constant that I don't want to change.@CapmanCrunch I use it too and I agree but we are just supporting Pfizer the very company who is doing everything they can to ban our use of peptides. So if an alternative that can be trusted comes along I will be using them. It makes us all pretty hypocritical me included to push the Hospira narrative.
