@mrjoshua44 You have so many healthy habits. I would like to know if your DOMS ever goes away, that will be a hard won deep victory.

@mary Thanks! Not completely, especially on heavy days, but it's a fraction of what it used to be before the Lipo-c and L-Carnitine. Meaning I can still move my extremities without having to walk or move like a robot, not being able to bend anything.

@jackiee Haven't tried theirs before. Been using the one from Flawless and really like it.

Yours has the NAD+ in it. I currently take NAD+ 3X per week at 80mg per. I’ve been slowly titrating up from 40mg.

Not sure about the Flawless price. Nexaph is $188 for a kit (10 vials of 10mg ea)

@jackiee Flawless is quite a bit more expensive, it's on sale for about $50 right now, normally $84. And that's for a 20mL vial. I like theirs because they only have two B vitamins in their formulation and more L-Carnitine than most. The NAD+ is just an added bonus. I really don't get much from 20mg. When I do use NAD+, I do 100mg 3x per week.

This combo has quickly become my favorite combo prior to working out, Lipo-c w/NAD+ and L-Carnitine. I take it 3x per week and depending on my workout, I'll only add 0.5mL (306mg) of L-Carnitine. It has helped tremendously with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and with the rate of my recovery between workouts. The Lipo-c has a total concentration of 405mg/mL and the L-Carnitine is 612mg/mL. So I combine them for a total of 2mL. Breaks down like this for my shot:

                  L-Carnitine 862mg
                  L-Methionine 10mg
                  Inositol 50mg
                  L-Choline bitartrate 50mg
                  Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl) 25mg
                  NAD+ 20mg
                  Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 500mcg

I like Flawless Compounds AM Shred (New Formula) with 1% Lidocaine. I do 1 ml and add another 350 mg L-Carnatine in the barrel making it a 1.5 ml IM shot.

                  Product Composition (Per Formula)

                  • Methionine: 25 mg
                  • Inositol: 50 mg
                  • Choline: 50 mg
                  • L-Carnitine: 200 mg + 350mg from a seperate vial
                  • Methyl B-12 (Methylcobalamin): 500 mcg

@bfuller I have heard different protocols for this. How frequently are you doing it?

@rusty319 I aim for 1500-3000 mgs L- Carnatine per week that lands me 3-6 x per week.

I try to line it up pre- resistance training and long steady state cardio zone 1 or 2 ie: 5-7 km walks where the glycogen isn't the fuel source and the focus is lypolosis. Or you can use it post HITT or high output cardio sessions . ie) after you get your post workout meal in you can take a shot to support recovery and lypolosis. I try to avoid it before a glycogenic workout where you want your body to dig into that energy system.
