Just did my second trt shot yesterday. First IM. Today my thigh feels like I did a lot of squats yesterday. That's surprising. I have hgh on order from a group buy. Where is a good resource that explains all the things I need to know? I'm also taking. .25mg anastrozol every other day according to doctor.

@Hammertime65 do not take an AI if you dont have to. AI'S do more harm than good. TRT doses of around 150mg or less shouldn't need an AI. I would recommend DIM. Its a supplement. I can be around test with 1400ng dl and be around 40 estradial and even less with DIM.

I think I am finally getting HGH and dosing figured out a little. I split my dose AM and PM with a dosage of 1IU or a little over per day. What I am experiencing, is what I have been after for the past 2 years when I started the peptide journey. My Drive and overall physical wellbeing are back, and it is literally like rolling the clock back about 20 years.
The various peptides I cycle have been very helpful, but I think I underestimated the importance of getting the hormones optimized. About 4 months ago I started TRT. My TRT levels were high (930 and 1032 on the tests I took) but my doctor finally let me try it anyway. That helped quite a bit, but when I added the HGH it all clicked finally. I think there is a strong possibility that the HGH may be biggest help. I appreciate everyone's posts about this. Good Stuff

Thanks for posting. Did you try any GH peptides prior to making the jump to HGH?

You might also consider perhaps lowering your TRT dose now that you're GH levels are boosted. Sweet spot for TRT is 600 - 900. Something to think about.

@Neil-McCauley a doctor would never put you on trt if your test was that high. Maybe a TRT clinic as they are today's version of pill mills. You literally will mess your endocrine system up badly to take TRT if you had those levels of test as now you are shutting off your need to produce testosterone just to have it injected in you for pretty much the same levels

And TRT is probably the single best thing a man can introduce to his body if he is in need of it.

I contacted the company and they have 3rd party testing for HGH going on now should be available in 3 days. I will post when I receive it.

Agreed. I have found that maintaining a low bf% to be extremely effective at keeping estradiol levels in range, as effective as a low dose AI.

If you're on an AI or need one, I'd try a GLP before I'd go the AI route.

Anyone here ever tried HGH from PenguinPeptides? Any positive results? I’m sure it can be purchased cheaper through different channels, but I remember Penguin having decent reviews when they were on the Vendor-Directory here. I’d be willing to pay a little more in order to use a card… at least to give HGH a trial-run. What say you?

Remember: there are no peptides that can fill the emptiness inside your cold heart.

@elijahkpaugh Yea, I noticed the 15iu had 97.749% as well. I’m thinkin I might roll the dice. Not the lowest price/iu on earth, but worth testing out a few vials to see how things feel. Waiting on latest bloodwork first.

@Jake_PepTron I’m under the understanding that HGH is just one that won’t ever be 99%. Peter Magic talked about it in the Derek Decoded tour/Q & A.

@thanks_enjoi in regards to TRT clinics being "pill mills" grown humans should have the option to do whatever they want. Unfortunately in many things Doctors are the gate keepers. Unless a person knows where else to look. Taking super physiological doses of testosterone does not necessarily wreck your endocrine system. it will temporarily slow down or shut off test production. However If you take care of it that can be reversed pretty easily now. if a person is willing to spend a little extra it can be kept online the entire time.

@TheHazmatGuy yes trt clinics are like pill mills and yes you should be able to choose to use them. My endocrinologist prescribes me so I could care less. And no you can't keep producing testosterone the same when you are adding testosterone. You can do things to keep LH and FSH and such to keep them functional, but again you are adding something just to do so, then you must again add more compounds to get them going again and so on and so forth. Anytime you introduce testosterone either in what is considered a trt dose (which if thats the case you are probably doing it for the rest of your life, or you have a strange plan for something. If you are doing what is considered a cycle of test, like alot more than doctor recommended dosage you will absolutely pay the money to attempt to get back to what tour baseline in many areas were, and the chances are almost 100 percent they will not be as normal as they once were without the constant need for supplementation.

I agree with your view. My Testosterone has always been out of normal range on the high side.
My doctor still wrote me a prescription for TRT because we reasoned that normal for me is more like 1200-1500. That is normal for me. We are all different and what works for some might not work for others.
I'm 68 and know a lot of guys around my age that are on TRT. A lot of them say they don't notice much of a difference? If that were me, I would take probably take more. Seems like more people are under treated rather than over treated. Numbers are great guides for helping you figure out stuff, but for me, I am looking more for a certain feeling of wellbeing.
Testosterone, HGH and Peptides make sense to me as a first choice for improving my overall health. Replacing or enhancing with things my body already produces makes me more comfortable than trusting chemical compounds from big pharma.
I understand the concern with TRT for younger people, but I agree that for the majority of people, coming off TRT is very doable if necessary.

                                    What is your PSA?

One reason why many 65+ aged people on TRT don't get the energy/QOL boost they expect is because often their IGF-1 & DHEA numbers are in the toilet (<100 for both).

Having a 600 test level and an IGF-1/DHEA scores of > 200 is far, far superior than having a 1200 test level and an IGF-1/DHEA scores of < 100.

                                        @Randy said in HGH 191AA:

@PeptidePete hgh is a horribly misunderstood compound and therapeutic doses have changed my life. I appreciate you checking. Good with me. Lets just leave tren, var and equipoise out of the convo.

                                        LOL! 😂

Totally agree, on all counts. All good.

Parting comment, I would suggest an interested person can find Janoshik documented quality at well under $1/IU, shipped from US, for those who care.
