The Novopen 4 is absolutely the best pen out there. I have 2 years on some and they are perfect. Built like a brick. Just account for 8% overage in your calculation and you are always spot on.

If you want exact, you wouldn't be buying grey peptides, the variance per vial is enough to make every pen "inaccurate".

The NPMax adapters are fantastic. I don't have any clutch slipping or problems with any of my pen needles. I'm using 1.44 and 1.46 versions of it. Don't even try to make one and print FDM, it'll break and it won't work.

@Stevepep Freedom passes everyone at 99.7. The number of 99.7 purity test results I've seen is staggering and troubling. Their endo testing is a complete joke.

Im holding off on sharing the COA's because there is a certain content creator that loves grabbing our test results and using them for content and we are paying for these tests for a longer form article.

@mary I noticed Cagri is bubbly too, by which I mean it creates a lot of bubbles if not used very slowly. Cagri is also an amylin agonist, not sure how close they are molecularly.

This is interesting! I don't see the "Bubbly" thing with Cagri. I recon in the vial, then transfer/filter in a pen cart. Clear and no bubbles in either.

  • What peptide for weightloss won’t make my RHR jump
    BullseyeB Bullseye

Elora or Cag and help offset some of the HR increases that are single digits. Very high HR increase needs to be monitored and if it doesn't come down, that isn't the Pep for you.

Maz and Sema have very little affect on HR. Then Survo, but at higher doses, it starts to hit. Next in line is Tirz. The bad boy is Reta.

    The Elora is quite bubbly.

Please explain the "bubbly". I am very weary of any of the group buy Elora. The API has been all over the place in regards to quality. They claim "ring" testing but then don't use a testing place that can truly run this expensive option.

I must have missed something. Are you saying that the % 99.521 Janoshik results for uther is not accurate or that more than one vial needs to be tested?

@mary Nexaph is about the only one I would trust with regards to testing, because they follow up with customer tests. I've sent my own vials for testing through them.

Vendors can hand pick the vials to test, so vendor test reports are mostly for reference and shouldn't be taken as a true representation of the kit that the customer may receive.

  • Stubborn Peptides Won’t Dissolve? Meet the Shakinator! (Video)
    BullseyeB Bullseye

Good lord. Even Jano tested the theory that you have to be gentle with the peps. That was proven bunk. Sure, you don't pretend it's a morocco, but you can really be quite aggressive to get the pep dissolved. Peps that tend to have a history of gelling, I would be a gentle with.

That being said, it's an easy print (thanks for letting me know it's on makerlab, have it going in the print lab) and will use for some like Cagri or ARA. No supports needed, always a win.

  • MHC to stop selling Reta
    BullseyeB Bullseye

Reta is easily available and prices keep falling. Though, API is also in the crapper since the CNY. Stick with Finishers that usually don't have many complaints about a pep not working, even though it tests fine. If you have Reta from mid/late 2025, that's the good stuff.

Sure doesn't. This is why I send a vial out of every batch and have it tested, myself.

  • Nexaph crypto sale
    BullseyeB Bullseye

@Stevepep Nexaph's pricing is basically retail level. You have to wait around for a sale to get any pep at a reasonable price.

That being said, some of their less popular peps are tolerably priced. I never bargain shop, but I also don't just throw money out the window. I like (not so much anymore) PGB as well.

At least Nexaph tests more than 1 vial, tests everything, and is retested again with vials from buyers. PGB does that as well.

Nexaph isn't a bargain, but you will get what you pay for.

  • Selling as 10mg only 7.5mg - is this standard?
    BullseyeB Bullseye

As @randy says. Also, make sure they tested more than 1 vial, or test a few yourself. There can be quite a variance from vial to vial, which can make dosing difficult. Try to find kits that have had more than one vial tested, and the variance between vials is small.

  • CAGRI + RETA — New Nature Metabolism Study 🧬
    BullseyeB Bullseye

@denti There are some that say the fibrils debate is ignorant. Don't listen. Read the patent and understand that there is a scientific and medical reason for the concern. Though not a major issue if you handle the Cagri correctly. It's best kept at PH 4.5-5'ish, and when reconned with Hospira it ends up in the upper 5's, which is pretty good. Note: NN has several new patents that keep Cagri stable at higher PH's for their Sema-Cagri product.

This can back up those claims: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC2634529/ While not definitive concerning Cagri, it's enough to cause pause. Jump to the Conclusion of the article if it is TLDR material for you.

I've had great luck with PGB Cagri. Their test of 3 vials has a variance of only around .1mg, so dosing is pretty accurate. It also recons with a PH of close to 5.8 with Hospira.

That being said, I wouldn't keep a reconned Cagri any more than 4 weeks. Only use Hospira bac.

I think you are smart and have the right idea. Better to play this game on the side of caution and think long term.
