I use the vent needle I used to fill the cart to eliminate any extra air once I load the cart into the pen. This usually eliminates most or all of the air, and any remaining bit will usually stay in the neck of the cart as it empties (assuming you inject horizontally) so at the end, you’ll lose a couple fewer units of peptide. I rarely get air pockets these days.
