@MyB I'm a little relieved that other people are having better experiences with the scale, and maybe mine was just caught in a bad firmware like you mentioned. I was ready to give it another shot but after reaching out to their support to ask questions I wasn't treated particularly well, so making the choice to return it was much easier.
I guess I'm hoping that maybe there was another option that the community as a whole really enjoys using. If it comes to be that the Hume is the best you can get at home, I'd be tempted to give it another try in the future.
